Pros:

Нас встретили как дорогих гостей, мы получили много полезной информации об атракциях в Капруне и летнюю карточку. Персонал просто прелесть, все готовы помочь, всегда мило и с улыбкой. Было очень приятно! Комната отличная, чисто, кровать удобная, чудесный балкон с видом на горы. Порадовало что в номере было 2 пледа - очень пригодились прохладными вечерами. Мы не пользовались рум-сервис, но каждый день нам оставляли у двери новые полотенца для спа. Сауны замечательные, порадовало что работают до 20:30. Правда паровая не работала, только сухая. На нижнем этаже замечательный музей старых машин, нам очень понравилось! Завтраки хорошие, правда на мой взгляд не очень дотягивают до 4 звездочного уровня. Почти не было сладкой выпечки, не было яичницы на заказ, да и апельсиновый сок исчез вместе с отьездом большой группы туристов, а то что выходило из автоматов было почти вода. Но кофе отличный, а за такой бекон я все прощу. Парковка очень удобная , прямо рядом с входом, всегда были места. В целом мы довольны. Спасибо за прием!

Cons:

Стоит улучшить завтраки. И заменить шторы - светоизоляция плохая и это мешало спать.

Ein wenig zu teuer, wenn man nur mal ne Nacht dort schläft, ansonsten ein super Hotel
Pros:

Hotel war modern, Personal nett.

Cons:

Der Preis für eine Nacht fand ich zu teuer. War am Vortag in einem Hotel, das kostete pro Nacht die Hälfte und dort fand ich es besser. Ich stellte zum Frühstück , eine tode Fliege im Rührei fest und informierte eine Mitarbeiterin, die das Ei gleich austauschte. So was kann passieren aber mir war es vergangen. Die Fliege lag obendrauf und hätte der oder dem Mitarbeiter beim hinstellen auffallen müssen. Ich griff dann zum gekochten Ei. Am Tisch angekommen stellte ich einen verschmutzen Teller fest, schon ihn bei Seite, kein Problem passiert. Naja, es war nicht mein Tag, dachte ich mir.

A wonderful stay in the mountains during freezing weather!
Pros:

A very spacious hotel built to modern standards. Everything has been thought of, and the staff is very friendly. In terms of winter/ski holidays and value for money, it's a good choice.

Cons:

There's really nothing to complain about. However, from a personal perspective, I have to say that there are no roller shutters and the curtains are much too light, making it glaringly bright in the early morning. But I'm also sensitive to light and was lucky to be there in January when it doesn't get light quite so early.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist genau wie beschrieben: Das Personal ist super, das Frühstück lecker, es gibt eine Sauna, der Skibus ist gleich um die Ecke und kommt alle 30 Minuten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Eine Kleinigkeit, die gestört hat, und das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau, ist die Spalte in der Mitte der Doppelbetten.
