Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to bus to Taormina and tour puck up At the same time, I didn't realize it was in a congested area. The breakfast was plentiful and the top deck was relaxing. The triple room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful

Pros:

Draugiškas personalas padėjo išspręsti parkavimo klausimus.

Cons:

Pusrycius reikia rinktis iš sąrašo vakare. Ryte ne viskas būna. Vietos labai mažai visur. Parkavimas prie viešbučio tik 2h. Paskui reikia mokėti.

Tres joli petit hôtel, mais avec des lacunes qui mériteraient d’être revues.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la serviabilité et la gentillesse de Fiorella.

Cons:

Equipments vieillissants qui mériteraient d’être rénovés.
Un peu bruyant le soir.
Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop long, une seule personne pour s’occuper de toutes les tables , en pleine saisons c’est inadmissible!

Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend
Pros:

We were upgraded on arrival to the most beautiful room with a seaside balcony. The hotel is in a great location to explore Taormina and/or enjoy the beach!

Cons:

The breakfast system is odd. Based on other reviews it seems like they are trying to prevent food waste but it stinks to have to choose your food in advance when there are many local items I’m not familiar with and would have liked to try once I could see for myself. Also they ask for a time and then the food / coffee still takes a while to come even when you’re on time

Pros:

Csodálatos volt a fürdőszoba és maga az épület abszolút az olasz életérzést adta vissza…

Cons:

Nagyon áthallatszódtak a zajok főleg a reggeliztető helyiségből, ahol már reggel hatkor pakoltak csörömpöltök, úgyhogy minden nap 6.00-kor felébredtünk

Çalışanlar çok yardımseverler, otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Oda ve manzara harikaydı. Hem özel hem halk plajının kıyısında.

Cons:

Kahvaltı daha zengin olabilirdi. Turist olarak yiyeceklerin isimlerine bakıp sipariş etmek zordu. Açık büfe olsa az az alıp tadım yapabilirdik.

A due passi dal mare
Pros:

Tra i lati positivi spicca la posizione eccellente: l'hotel è a due passi dalla spiaggia (basta attraversare la strada) e vicinissimo alla fermata del bus, ideale per raggiungere Taormina in soli 15 minuti. Il personale della reception è molto disponibile, gentile e pronto a supportare gli ospiti. Camera pulita. La colazione offre una vista meravigliosa, anche se la formula che prevede la scelta dell'ordine il giorno precedente risulta un po' rigida.

Cons:

La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, ma purtroppo alcuni aspetti hanno penalizzato il soggiorno. Il materasso della camera era a dir poco scomodo, si sentivano le molle; il personale ha cercato gentilmente di risolvere il problema, ma è proprio un elemento da sostituire (chi va in vacanza vuole prima di tutto riposare bene). Inoltre l'insonorizzazione è debole e si percepiscono i rumori esterni, aspetto da considerare se si ha il sonno leggero. In generale servirebbe più cura per i dettagli: la terrazza della colazione e le stoviglie non erano sempre pulitissime, così come le sedie sul balcone della camera. Basterebbero davvero pochi accorgimenti per fare un salto di qualità

Nightmare with greedy owner and sewer backup

Absolute nightmare. Do not stay here, you've been warned. Would give negative stars is possible. We were willing to look past the dated rooms, but when there was a sewer back up making our room literally uninhabitable; how the proprietor treated us and the situation was vile. The proprietor is more concerned about her profit than her guests. The hotel quite literally had a sewage backup, the room was uninhabitable; when we complained the staff came to our room and was gagging alongside us. They called the city to pump it out and put some air fresheners as a temporary fix; which it obviously was not. We asked for another room but they didn't have one and just shrugged, we asked if they could book us another room at a different hotel nearby and they also said no. We said fine, we have to leave, and demanded a refund. The owner refused, "I won't have time to get another booking" - what does that have to do with anything? The city literally had to be called to pump out the sewage. Owner's name is Valentino and despite it all, she refused to provide a refund claiming she won't make as much money. We're filing a complaint with the municipality and the tourism center and everything else; she shouldn't be in business at all if that's her mentality. She also said, "I had to pay 400 EUROS to pump it out because of you guys" - as though it's our fault the run down hotel had a backup? Absolutely unacceptable.
