Wonderful staff

One of the best hotels I've stayed in when weighing up price, facilities, staff, location and general experience.
Every member of staff was polite, kind, engaged in conversation when necessary spoke very good English.
The hotel had prepared a gift bag of goodies including toys, keyrings and fans as it was my nieces first trip to China so they wanted to make it special.
Outside was clearly signposted with everything in English and clearly marked. It is located opposite the Wuhou Shrine with a good food street opposite.
The hotel was quiet and neither of the rooms I booked smelled like smoke which is a common trait of Chinese hotel rooms.
The bed was suitably soft and comfortable, the amenities were of decent quality including a disposable razor, toothbrushes, and a small vanity kit.
There was a fridge in the room which was big enough to store drinks and fruit and snacks if I wanted. It had a selection of complimentary drinks in there which was a nice touch too. They would refill these each day or when requested. We were also given a complimentary cocktail token to exchange at the bar during our stay.
The breakfast had a selection of Chinese dishes but also had some bread for toasting, pastries, cake, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, eggs, bacon and a few other things.
The hotel is very close to a metro line 3 which takes you to the main shopping area. I chose to ride a bike each time instead and my niece would get a taxi. Many options available!
Overall, this is a hotel I would absolutely recommend. Staff, food, location, comfortability and value put it right up there for any western or Chinese visitor to chengdu.

The hotel is a haven of peace and tranquillity just as shown in the photos. The staff are incredibly helpful recommending places to visit and eat. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chengdu

DuringDuring my stay in Chengdu and Chongqing, I stayed at seven different hotels, and this was by far the best.
The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, kind, professional, and all spoke excellent English. If I could, I would give the staff 1,000 points!
The hotel has a great location, spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. The beautiful garden creates a peaceful atmosphere, the breakfast was excellent, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was truly an exceptional experience.

Vibe & the dinner

Great cute hotel with perfect location

We liked the vibe and the style of the hotel. The rooftop area is really impressive! The staff of the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The rooftop area was beautiful, check in was smooth and the hotel also arranged a full day tour for the following day. I also received a free airport taxi on check out which was very handy. They also gave me a free drinks token on arrival to use during my stay and I enjoyed the breakfast

Но мы приехали после Пекина и Сианя и благодаря этому месту слегка «заземлились», так как там нет толп туристов и постояльцев мало по сравнению с большими отелями. Очень симпатичная зона ресепшен и красивая беседка снаружи с водичкой вокруг, хотя я представляла себе ее побольше) в номере чисто, у нас был семейный. Кровати удобные. Много всяких комплиментов, тапочки даже для ребенка и зубная щетка, дружелюбный персонал, вручили дочери подарочки милые. Помогли забронировать билеты к пандам. Есть кофемашина в лобби и можно постирать вещи, но мы не успели, было все занято 😄 бесплатные напитки в мини-баре и много воды везде, бери в любой момент. Рядом достопримечательности и храмы, но мы в основном гуляли и ели в районе, где торговые центры 🙈🤪

What stood out most was the staff. Their help went beyond good service—more like the practical, thoughtful assistance a friend would offer. Each interaction was a genuine, effort to help - I encountered this often in China.
The hotel is peaceful, 3&4 stories above the road, 6 minutes from the subway and it has a rooftop restaurant with seating area by a pond.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When you enter the hotel it is an oasis of peacefulness. We were picked up at the train station, they welcomed us with a drink. Even the laundry was done for free. We had dinner here twice and they really have an exceptional quality food. We loved all staff, specially Steven who also happened to be a supporter for the Portuguese team!

Superbe séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits d’abord et nous avons fini par y rester 10 en tout. Il est très bien situé et nous avons pu visiter tout à chengdu ainsi. C’était une très belle pause durant notre long périple en Asie, l’équipe est très attentionnée, je recommande les yeux fermées, ils sont au top. C est extrêmement propre, des qu’on arrive on ne sent bien immédiatement. On a adoré notre séjour chez eux ! Bravo et bonne continuation à l équipe !
