Pros:

Accueil très agréable en français et de bons conseils pour le séjour .Facilité de stationnement en ville avec l’hôtel.

Hospitality, Atmosphere, Comfort and the Perfect Base for Exploring
Pros:

We immediately felt completely at home in this beautiful, romantic Art Nouveau-style hotel. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything we needed.

In the mornings, on our way to the breakfast room, we would often meet the owner, who always greeted us warmly. This added to the personal and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. For just €8.00 per person, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The breakfast buffet was very well presented, and the friendly staff made sure that everything was replenished promptly whenever needed.

The hotel’s location is ideal as well. Montecatini Centro train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making the hotel the perfect base for exploring cities such as Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Viareggio.

As we were also visiting family in the town during our stay, this hotel offered us the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality and a convenient location. We will certainly choose this hotel again when we return to visit our family!

Pros:

Hemos estado de viaje por la Toscana un grupo de dos matrimonios con 3 adolescentes cada uno y tener el centro neurálgico en Montecatini Terme ha sido de gran ayuda ya que no contábamos con coches y nos hemos trasladado en trenes.
El hotel está muy cerca de la estación y desde esta estación (Montecatini centro) nos vemos movido por muchas ciudades, Milan, Florencia, la Spezia, Cinque Terre, Bolonia....
El hotel está realmente bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El personal es amable y hacen todo lo posible por hacerte la estancia agradable. Nos pilló allí el festivo 15 de agosto y el hotel hizo para sus huéspedes una pequeña fiesta con música en directo, aperitivos y bebidas gratis, fue una experiencia muy buena. Recomiendo este hotel 100%

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que en el precio, teniendo 4 habitaciones, dos dobles y dos triples durante 6 días, hubiese estado incluido el desayuno la verdad, pero bueno...

Siamo andati per un matrimonio ed è stato fantastico
Pros:

Tutto, ottima posizione e lo staff gentilissimo

Cons:

L’unica pecca è che la sera sul tardi quando siamo tornati abbiamo fatto un giro lunghissimo per rientrare nella via e non sapevamo se ci avrebbero fatto la multa perché è zona traffico limitato.

L’albergo vanta una posizione davvero fantastica, comoda e perfetta spostarsi. Molto piacevole la prima colazione, di buona qualità, con il grande valore aggiunto di poterla gustare nello spazio esterno.

Cons:

Nota dolente le camere: la struttura è piuttosto vetusta l’arredamento sente il peso degli anni. Considerate le dimensioni ristrette delle stanze e lo stile un po’ datato il prezzo risulta complessivamente un po’ alto un rinnovamento degli ambienti e degli arredi valorizzerebbe tantissimo l’esperienza di soggiorno

Cant fault it
Pros:

The staff at the desk were amazing they organised a parking permit and paid then and then that saves a lot of hassle. The hotel has a good idea rather than room make up every day skipping has a reward of free drink The young barman was very professional and the restaurant excellent. Hotel is very central and well run. The lounge area is beautiful and very comfortable. Rooms were very quiet.

Очень нравится отель, останавливаемся не первый раз. Доброжелательный персонал, чистый и комфортный номер, сытный и вкусный завтрак, хорошее местоположение, недалеко до станции и до источника Теттуччо.
