The tv remote was gone the minibar was not complete and the water for the bath was lukewarm

I would like more choices in breakfast and not just one drink.

La propreté, le sol de la chambre ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé. Il y avait beaucoup d'éléments corporels qui ne n'appartenaient pas.
Les doubles matelas bougent et se décalent toute la nuit, un peu compliqué de bien dormir.
L'isolation avec l'étage du dessus et la rue n'est pas bonne.

I am writing in regarding our stay in Room 401, which demonstrates a complete lack of follow-up and consideration for your guests.

You claim to have given us instructions for the "tub." We would like to point out that our room did not have a bathtub, but a shower. This clearly proves that your response is generic and unfounded.

Furthermore, contrary to your statement that "no one has ever complained," a quick check of recent online reviews shows that the lack of hot water is a recurring issue in your establishment, having been reported by multiple guests over the past few months.

As a reminder, here are the facts of our stay:

No hot water: Despite going to the reception three separate times and strictly following your instructions (leaving the showerhead - or hygiene lever, as you call - down, running the water for over 10 minutes—a shocking ecological waste), we only managed to get slightly lukewarm water by the morning.

Lack of service: No staff member bothered to come up to the room to check the issue. The only solution offered was to wait until morning to potentially use another guest's bathroom after they checked out.

Lack of cleanliness and maintenance: There were inches of dust under the bed, and the bathroom door handle was broken and loose. Old and worn-out pillows that had lost their shape and support.

Incomplete breakfast: While the concept of choosing a dish is nice, the option remains very limited with only one hot drink and no cold beverage included.

Access to hot water and a clean room constitutes the bare minimum of a standard hotel service.

Beds and bed linen.

The shower is only partially closed by a glass-paravan and the inclination usually makes the water run out of the shower in the bathroom. Also, in the case of my room, getting the soap out of the bottle was a bit problematic. But these are minor. The main disadvantage is the breakfast: There is no buffet, and the visitor is entitled only a cap of coffee or tea or juice and to choose out of a selection of breakfast dishes.

The comfort of the room was so so, internet connection rather poor, not much space to work in the room.

No parking at hotel. Parking is 5min of walking distance.
No room service, for breakfast you can take 1 dish from the caffeteria menu, and 1 drink. For the rest you must pay

The room was a little small for three people, and breakfast was acceptable but not a buffet. I would recommend booking the room without breakfast and paying for it directly at the hotel if desired. Podgorica itself was also disappointing as a destination, with only a few hours needed to see the main sights.
