Break away for a quiet peaceful time
Pros:

It was quite and not too busy which we liked and the same for the area we stayed in also beds very comfortable and showers were like a rain shower and were very powerful .We would go back to the hotel in the future and definitely Fuerteventura

Después de lo ocurrido y, sobre todo, de cómo se gestionó, difícilmente volveremos.

Después de más de tres años repitiendo alojamiento en este hotel, lamentablemente creo que esta ha sido nuestra última estancia.

La experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante, no solo por la cantidad de incidencias que tuvimos, sino especialmente por la forma en la que se gestionaron.

Durante nuestra estancia desaparecieron unas gafas valoradas en aproximadamente 300 € que habíamos dejado en el baño por descuido. Al comunicarlo en recepción, esperábamos al menos interés, preocupación o algún intento por ayudarnos a esclarecer qué había ocurrido. Sin embargo, la actitud de la recepcionista que nos atendió, Camila o Camil, fue de absoluta indiferencia. Apenas se inmutó y la sensación que nos transmitió fue que aquello no tenía demasiada importancia. Sinceramente, fue una de las cosas que más nos sorprendió y molestó de toda la estancia.

Tampoco transmite ninguna seguridad la zona que el hotel denomina “locker” para dejar el equipaje. Es un espacio al que, por lo que pudimos comprobar, puede acceder gente sin ningún tipo de control, por lo que no nos sentimos seguros dejando allí nuestras maletas ni el día de llegada ni después del check-out.

A esto hay que sumar varios problemas en la habitación. La luz central no funcionaba correctamente y encontramos incluso una bombilla desenroscada. La ducha era prácticamente imposible de regular: el agua pasaba de salir ardiendo a completamente fría de forma constante, independientemente de la posición del grifo. Lo comunicamos en recepción, pero al ver que no obteníamos demasiada respuesta terminamos avisando directamente a Santiago, del equipo de limpieza. Queremos destacarlo especialmente porque fue, con diferencia, la persona que más se preocupó por nosotros y por intentar que estuviéramos cómodos. Su trato fue excelente y se agradece encontrar a alguien así cuando estás teniendo tantos problemas.

Si volvemos a la isla, volveremos a este hotel. Recomendable 100%
Pros:

Alojamiento excepcional, nos ha gustado todo: la ubicación del hotel, la zona de piscina, el gimnasio , pista de pádel, la comodidad de la habitación…todo estupendo.
El personal súper amable, especialmente el personal de la recepción y el personal de limpieza.

Cons:

Fue una pena que el restaurante estuviese cerrado al mediodía durante dos días.

A very convenient hotel, clean rooms, quiet and beautiful pool area, nice choice for breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, but your experience may vary depending on the room you get. First we got a room at the base floor and it was a bit old, even some fungus on the walls and the entrance door were not working properly. We reported that and they have us a room on the floor which was much nicer. The place is clean, the pool looks great, it’s quiet and cosy. A big choice of things to eat for breakfast. Nothing to complain about really!

We didn’t like the first room on the base floor mostly because the fungus on the walls and the issues with the entrance door, but we reported that and got a new room so we have nothing to complain about.

Un très bon séjour au Coral Cotillo Beach
Pros:

Les équipements de l'hôtel sont top ! Piscine immenses, restaurant, diverses activités possibles (pádel, pétanque salle de gym ... ) L'hôtel met à disposition des serviettes pour la piscine.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très complet et varié, et les différentes soirées à thème pour le buffet sont aussi très bien.
Côté localisation, El Cotillo est une petite station balnéaire calme et familiale. L'hôtel y est très bien situé et il y est facile de s'y garer.

Cons:

Les chambres mériteraient un bon coup de propre.
La literie n'est vraiment pas extraordinaire, la chasse d'eau a coulé pendant tout le séjour (un comble quand on voit les affichettes nous demandant d'économiser des chasses d'eau ...) et la peinture cloque laissant apparaître des moisissures. Bref, pas de quoi nous gâcher le séjour mais quelques travaux ne feraient pas de mal.
