Prettige professionele bediening. Ook het persoonlijk welkom heten "Goedemorgen, hoe gaat het met u?"
Mooie kamers, geweldig om het diner te gebruiken de Sea Trout is aan te raden. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.
Weinig parkeerplekken bij de accomodatie. Tegen betaling kun je op de straat voor het hotel parkeren tegen betaling. Of verder weg langs de steil omhoog lopende weg. Geen airco wel een ventilator.
Emplacement éloigné du centre mais face à la mer Sandgate Beach par un chemin. Belle promenade côtière.
Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et insonorisée et belle salle de bain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the breakfast staff excellent.
Parking is limited
Lovely property, great room and service. Quiet and away from the busier harbour but close enough to have a stroll.
Not their fault but fire alarm went off in the morning due to maintenance. I had to get up anyway so no real harm done!

Very friendly staff. Not only did we feel welcome, but our dog was also welcomed with a dog bed and water bowl ready in our room! The hotel is ideally situated within a short walk of the coast and plenty of space to walk the dog
The menu in the bar/restaurant was rather limited and OK but not great. We would probably choose to dine at a restaurant elsewhere if we stay again.

The hotel does not have adequate parking. I had to pay for parking in a local residential area. Our room was small (even after an upgrade). The bed was very floppy. Breakfast was slow because of inadequate staffing. We couldn't obtain a duplicate key card for the room - they didn’t have enough.
