Very good and we would be happy to stay again, although wouldn't have the steak.
Pros:

Staff especially. Room was ok and breakfasts were good. Location was very good for what we wanted to do.

Cons:

Parking was very tight, but reasonable parking nearby as long as you only parked during certain hours.
I had a sirloin steak in the restaurant. There were no steak knives!!!

I and my friends really enjoyed our stay. Overall experiance of hotel and location was good.
Pros:

Room was perfect, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good also the location.

Cons:

The dinner menu could have been a little more varied, especically when staying for a few days.
However, the food that was served was very good.

Pros:

Fab location just round corner from lovely coast path & headland. We werent expecting that! Food & cocktail bar were lovely.

Cons:

The write up said there was free parking in the sideroad but the council are now charging & you have to pay everwhere around the area! This needs to be clear on the website! We were only there 1 night so it didnt affect us too much but if we had been longer that would be a pain & expensive!

Unauthorised transaction
Pros:

Lovely hotel and restaurant. They also have a lovely photo book of fluffy friends that have stayed, its quite cute.

Cons:

They have acknowledged allowing a 3rd party to authorise my card and are fighting with me about fixing the issue. I've had to get my bank involved over a silly mistake on their part that could have been sorted out with a quick apology, returning the unauthorised transaction on my card and contacting the 3rd party to cover the the bill. Instead I'm expected to fix the problem myself.
