Sehr schönes Ambiente in Südtirols Bergen
Pros:

Von außen und auf Bildern wirkt das Hotel eher sehr einfach und altmodisch. Drinnen zeigt sich ein rustikal-modernes Ambiente mit viel Holz und Liebe zum Detail. Bei der Renovierung wurde darauf geachtet, dass alte Flair der Pilgerunterkunft zu erhalten und trotzdem den aktuellen Geschmack und den Bedürfnissen zu entsprechen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und auf alle Wünsche wird eingegangen. Generell ist das Personal überaus zuvorkommend und nett.

Cons:

Nasszelle und Toilette sind getrennt, die Toilette nur durch eine Glasschiebetüre vom Schlafraum getrennt. Wer als Paar kommt, hat damit sicher keine Probleme.

Tranquillità del luogo, camera pulita e spaziosissima, avevamo una tripla mansardata e lo spazio era davvero tanto! Ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa e locali!

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen und Genießen.
Pros:

Eingebettet in eine wunderbare Berglandschaft. Sehr stilvoll und naturverbunden eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen war köstlich.
Erika, Mirko und ihr Team waren super nett und haben uns mit tollen Ausflugstips versorgt.
Die Heusauna war eine Wohltat.

Kurz gesagt prinzipiell alles. Die Ruhe und Harmonie die ausgestrahlt wird vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Verabschiedung. Bestimmt nicht unser letzter und einziger Besuch in diesem nachhaltigen Haus und extrem schöne Gegend.

Hotel boutique sofisiticado en un entorno de cuentos increible. Está pensado para personas que gustan de la vida ativa en exteriores, con un nivel de sofisticación y cierta rigidez alemana por decirlo de alguna manera. El hotel tiene ofrece muchas actividades extras coordinadas desde el hotel mismo. Los desayunos son muy buenos y sofisticados al igual que la cocina. Por su ubicación es casi la única opción cenar en el hotel. la comida es muy regiónal, dando importancia siempre a productos de la zona. La atención del hotel es muy buena aunque si no se maneja alemán puede ser dificil en algunas ocaciónes entenderse. Quien coordina las actividades habla perfecto inglés pero el resto del staff muy poco o nada. Muy buenas las opciones sin gluten solicitadas y tb buena disposición a hacer los platos sin gluten.

Cons:

El único comentario sería el poco manejo de inglés del staff que recibe y atiende al desayuno y el restaurant, poco entendible en un hotel de este nivel.
