Comfortable enough, but not a home run.
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and will go out of their way to help you with any issues. Absolutely cannot fault them. The location is also fantastic, very close to the beach but also in the heart of everything. I was debating between staying closer to the nightlife or by the beach and I'm glad I chose this spot. There's also an awesome Turkish restaurant out front - unrelated but highly recommend!

I didn't use the pool due to monsoon season, but it seemed nice enough and can imagine it being nice on the day.

Cons:

The accommodation is less luxurious that it initially seems, with general wear and tear in the rooms. The soundproofing isn't great, and I was unfortunately woken up in the night by the noise from the alleyway outside.

Whilst the staff very kindly offered to upgrade me to a suit with a balcony on the other side of the building, that balcony looked directly onto a slew of other balconies, so there would have been zero privacy.

The breakfast was fine, but rather bland, and so I'd recommend going out to start your day.

Great hotel but again, building works on terracing on roof and next door spoilt my stay 😟
Pros:

Good, modern hotel right across from Patong beach. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Failure to inform me prior to arrival that there would be building works on the roof terrace. Also, construction works next door. After 9 am, impossible to rest.

It's worth the stay.
Pros:

The location is great! The staff are very pleasant. The pool is ok, too. The entrance is a little hard to find but is very nice inside.

Cons:

The breakfast lets it down. More variety than a four option eggs menu.

The balcony was unusable due to some water leaking and looking straight at construction. Was so small, too.
