Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, so clean and hotel staff were amazing.

Cons:

Location - Santa Ponsa is not the best so need to get taxis to different locations on an evening.

Our second visit and everything was fabulous

Cons:

The staff are so nice Marc on reception was especially helpful. David and the team by the pool were all fantastic. The restaurant team were also great.

Der Service, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich . Das verdient einen Sonderpunkt

Cons:

Es gibt leider viele Stufen . Da meine Schwester keine Treppen steigen kann wurde uns aber sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten bei dem der Zugang ohne Treppen war

Pros:

We were celebrating a 50th birthday at the smaller pool. Stunning view, great food and perfect service. It was a blast. Thank you to Ana, Marcio, Borja, Bruno and the whole team!

Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Der Style vom Hotel. Klein und boutiquemässig, tolles Frühstück. Wasserflaschen auf den Zimmern konnten immer kostenlos aufgefüllt werden. DJ am Pool war mega. Gute Stimmung.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Zimmer, es hat leider sehr muffig gerochen, kam aus der Toilette. Das Licht im Bad viel zu dunkel.

Das Puro Beach Resort ist ein Traum .Das Personal super nett , der Store Manager Pablo kümmert sich wundervoll um Gäste und auch um sein Personal einfach nur klasse
