The location is truly splendid. The beach area is well organized, with plenty of space for everyone, and the pool is large and very pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets are also quite good, with special recognition for the bacon and the gelato.

Cons:

The hotel hosted large corporate groups during our stay, and their presence significantly affected the atmosphere. Once these groups arrived, the calm and family-friendly environment was immediately lost. While I understand that the hotel cannot fully control every guest’s behaviour, a property offering a luxury experience should be more careful about how large groups impact the comfort and expectations of other guests, especially families with children.

In our case, this did not feel like an isolated impression. Several hotel employees also seemed visibly uncomfortable with the behaviour of these groups. For a hotel of this level, I would expect better management of group bookings so that the experience promised to regular guests is preserved.

There were also some maintenance issues that should be taken into account. The bathroom in our room needed attention: the toilet seat was broken, the shower hoses were leaking in places where they should not, and the shower did not properly retain the water. These issues were not deal breakers, but they are not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Finally, the coffee machines could also benefit from some maintenance. Some parts appeared worn or slightly rusty, and the taste of the coffee varied depending on the machine. It was not a major issue, but it is something worth reviewing.

Pros:

Hotel od pet zvezdica ne čine roletne na touchscreen i najnovija keramika u kupatilu. Pet zvezdica je odnos prema gostu od sitnica do bitnijih stvari. Retka su mesta gde ćete naići na ovakvu vrstu gostoprimstva i usluge.

Puno pozdrava za osoblje sa plaže - Ivana, Snežu i Alsada, kao i gospodina Gorana i Princess iz restorana. Naravno i za ostatak osoblja koji svojom neposrednošću i ljubaznošću podižu boravak u hotelu na viši nivo.

Splendid je klasa.
