We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff to the delicious food. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt very welcome throughout our stay.

But the best part of all was Toni, the bartender. He is such a kind, lovely, warm-hearted and genuinely wonderful person. His smile, positive energy and amazing personality made our evenings even more special. Toni is not only a fantastic bartender, but also an incredible human being who truly knows how to make guests feel happy and comfortable.

Thank you for such a great experience! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And a special thank you to Toni — you are truly the best! ❤️

Pros:

Персоналът и управителката са много усмихнати и любезни. Хотелът е реновиран и е на пешеходно разстояние от плажа и центъра. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Басейнът беше голям и чист, а аниматорите се грижиха за доброто настроение на големи и малки.

In primul rand lifturile au fost problema foarte mici neîncăpătoare,noi fiind cazați la etajul 13 ,a fost un chin așteptăm și o jumătate de oră după lift,cu condiția că puteau intra doar 3 persoane,de vro 4-5 ori am renunțat și am coborât 13 etaje,avânt și un copil mic

Cons:

Още като дойдохме видях, че няма халати да баня, в обявата пише че има. Стаята много мръсна, непочистена. 1 кош за цялата стая. В банята няма кош, няма етажерки да си сложиш нещата. Бравата още ден 1 я ремонтираха. Сушилник за дрехи, голям, колкото табуретка???чаршафи, не са сменяни. Трябваше постоянно да напомняме, да чистят стаята.

Camera mare, spațioasă, piscina și toboganurile au fost super, mâncare bună.

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că deși erau trei baruri unul la recepție 1 la sala de mese și unul lângă piscină acesta erau mereu doar cu un barman și acesta nu făcea față să servească clienții,
Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că copiii trebuia să-și ia sucurile tot de la barman nu erau tonomate free

Pros:

The entertainments team were great. Nice size pool. Close to the beach and the the activities. Food was good, choice of salad, soup and a variety of main dishes. Great staff, always welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Sometimes at the end of the meal times certain option run out. The lifts are a bit slow, but this encourage us to walk up the stairs, so at least we got some exercise.
