Mâncarea ma dezamăgit foarte mult, fără gust… murdăria la bucătărie e în capul mesei. Nu am băut nici un ceai nici o caf

Camera a fost curată, personal amabil.

Cons:

Bucătăria este extraordinar de murdară. Parcarea achitarea aparte 65 euro pentru 5 nopți. Cu toate ca aici era indicat ca este parcarea 12 euro noaptea.

Pros:

The stay in general was OK, but what really stood out and deserves a special praise was the animation team. They hosted various activities through out the day, both for children and adults. These included: water polo, aqua aerobic, football, darts contest and in the evening mini disco and some entertainment shows for adults (i.e. a magician, live music). The team was very friendly, approachable and had a sense of humour. Kids loved them and we enjoyed their their work and commitment as well. Definately can recommend for families with children - the animation team was really special and helped a lot with taking some weight off adults shoulders.

Am plecat din Bulgaria cu o singură problemă… că s-a terminat vacanța! 😂❤️
Ne-a plăcut absolut tot și ne-am simțit extraordinar de bine pe tot parcursul sejurului. Camera a fost foarte ok, curățenia se făcea zilnic și totul era îngrijit, dar ceea ce a făcut cu adevărat diferența au fost OAMENII. ❤️
Personalul este minunat – amabil, atent și mereu zâmbitor. Iar Tony, barmanul nostru preferat 🍹😄, merită o mențiune specială: mereu vesel, implicat și cu o energie care te făcea să mai rămâi „la încă un pahar”. 😂

Bola som spokojná lebo animátori spravili každý večer super náladu

Animátori boli každý večer super. Veľmi dobrá nálada tam bola super. Chalan ktorý upratoval bol veľmi milý a nápomocný.

Cons:

Jedlo bolo každý deň to iste, a nato že to bolo alinclusive, pre veľa veci sme museli platiť. Ako pre ice hokej, pre mojito…

Es war schön, wir hatten Meeresblick im Zimmer, alles war sauber, Essen war lecker.
Pros:

Vielfaltiges Angebot an Essen. Vorräte wurden immer aufgefüllt. Buffet war sauber und gut gepflegt von den Personal.

Cons:

Die Aufzüge sind sehr langsam. Man muss zum Teil lange warten, dass man einsteigen und hochfahren darf. Es darf leider gleichzeitig max. 3 Personen einsteigen und hochfahren.

Ok dacă vrei doar să zaci la piscină, nu recomand pentru familii cu copii pentru ca nu au ce să facă nu funcționează nim

Poziția hotelului față de atracțiile stațiunii

Cons:

Parcul din poze este inexistent e un loc de joacă insalubru, stricat și vizibil focar de infecție. Piscina interioară nu funcționa și noi fix pentru ea am mers. Piscina exterioară rece inclusiv cea pentru copii era rece apa din ea. Locul de joacă din interior costă 15 euro dacă voiai să intrii la el. Erau 3 aparate de divertisment cu fise pentru copii, functionabil doar 1 și ăla se desprindea tot. Masa de biliard funcțională doar în poze. Lifturile doar 2. Și alea se blochează mereu. Noi am stat la etajul 10. Pe lângă faptul ca intra maxim 3 persoane în el îl auzi cum pârâie. Mâncarea vine în transe. Dacă te duci cum se deschid bufetul efectiv nu ai ce să alegi, mâncarea decentă o scot în ultima oră probabil ptr ca ce rămâne e pentru personal și s-au deșteptat și ei întâi scot ce e prost pentru turiști și ce e bun la final. Ca să înțelegeți la început au paste chioare fără sos, salate și ceva carne fiartă iar la final scot calamar, fripturi în sos și altele.

Pros:

Нас заселили раніше о 13:00. Дівчина на рецепціі була мила , і так як номер був вже пустий заселила раніше.
А ще у хлопця був день народження і працівники готеля о 20:00 прийшли з тортом , свічками привітати його. Це було неочікувано і дуже приємно ☺️ Всі працівники чудові. Також були враховані наші побажання щодо кімнат. У нас був просто неймовірний вид з балкону.
І до моря дуже близько йти через місцеві ларьки з сувенірами

Cons:

З мінусів тільки два маленьких ліфта на 14 поверхів. Тому інколи приходилось чекати у черзі. І не було великого вибору їжі
