Cons:

Chegamos ao hotel e ao entrarmos no quarto, vi que não era o quarto que eu havia reservado. O quarto era minúsculo, super mal iluminado, e para acessar a Jacuzzi que pelo Booking mostra ser dentro da acomodação, tínhamos que sair do quarto e dar a volta para passar pela piscina para acessar a Jacuzzi. Então, questionei e pedi para que fôssemos trocados de quarto. Inicialmente a gerente se negou e disse que não havia o que fazer, mas após insistência, ela sugeriu que fôssemos transferidos para outro hotel da rede, contanto que pagássemos um valor a mais, pois seria um “upgrade”. Obviamente, nos negamos a pagar, pois eles quem fizeram a propaganda enganosa, e após quase 2 horas de negociação, nos trocaram para um hotel diferente, e como não aceitamos pagar o valor extra que estavam pedindo, tiraram o nosso café da manhã que antes era incluído na reserva.

Ao chegar nessa nova acomodação, o banheiro estava sujo e eu mesma tive que limpá-lo, já que nesse novo local, não existe a equipe à disposição e nem serviço de quarto. A equipe de limpeza só veio no segundo dia após solicitarmos, e mesmo assim, a limpeza foi muito mal feita, pois no armário encontrei uma barata morta e mesmo após a faxineira ter vindo por dois dias seguidos, ela continuou lá.

Além disso, a jacuzzi não tem água aquecida, pedimos para verificarem e se algo poderia ser feito, mas nos avisaram que a temperatura da água é regulada automaticamente e nada poderia ser feito.

Tirando esses transtornos, a estadia foi agradável, e as localizações de ambos locais eram ótimas. Mas devido a esses ocorridos, não me hospedaria novamente neste local e não o recomendaria.

Hotel przewyższy wszelkie oczekiwania 🤍 spędziliśmy w nim 3 dni i jest to zdecydowanie za krótko. Personel spisał się na medal, począwszy od welcome lemoniady i przyniesieniu bagaży poprzez całą obsługę oraz każda nasza prośba była spełniona. Cudowna recepcja oraz barman! Śniadania były bardzo obfite, pyszna grecka kawa oraz drinki. Czuliśmy się tutaj bardzo komfortowo. Hotel prezentuje się jak w bajce 🩵

Everything! It was absolutely gorgeous and we adored our private jacuzzi area. The breakfast was sensational and the staff were incredible! So sweet and helpful, helped with co ordinating travel with taxis and excursions, explained how to get into town, nothing was too much for them.

J’ai tout adoré ! L’architecture et la beauté du lieu. Ma chambre était superbe avec ma piscine jacuzzi dans laquelle je pouvais me relaxer et regarder les somptueux coucher de soleil. La piscine de l’hôtel très agréable. Les petits déjeuners copieux, faits maison, toujours succulents. L’emplacement a 20mn d’Oia à pied, face à une station de bus et au chemin qui mène au célèbre sentier pour une randonnée spectaculaire. Et surtout l’équipe au top du début à la fin toujours disponible. Un immense merci à Lucia et George ainsi que tous les autres qui ont pris soin de moi durant mon séjour.

Un desiderio che si avvera!
Pros:

É stato tutto molto bello, desideravo una vacanza in pieno relax e questo posto ci è riuscito a far avverare questo desiderio.
Un posto molto tranquillo, ben curato, personale eccezionale e molto genuini, ti fanno sentire come a casa perche non ti trattano come ospiti ma quasi come se fossi della famiglia.
Ci hanno fatto restare nella zona condivisa con la piscina anche al giorno del check out, poiché avevamo il volo di sera, e devo dire che è stato tutto molto rilassante e piacevole.
Non mi resta che ringraziare tutti e spero di rivederci un giorno.

Cons:

L’unica nota un po negativa forse è stato per gli insetti che sono del tutto normali poichè la struttura affaccia su una gran parte di terra e ce un sacco di vento.
Ma il personale è molto preparato a pulire ogni giorno sia stanza che piscine

Cet hôtel été exceptionnel.
Pros:

L’hôtel été magnifique, meilleur que sur les photos, l’accueil est exeptionnel notamment le manager qui est à votre écoute et très accueillant. Si c’était à refaire je le referais. C’est l’un des meilleurs lieu que j’ai fait. Il ne faut pas passer à côté !

Un séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Hôtel calme, bien situé avec un cadre magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli et guidé tout au long de notre séjour par Hassen et tout était parfait. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et tout le confort y est et le bassin extérieur sur vue coucher de soleil a rendu notre séjour exceptionnel.

Beautiful sunset/sunrise views. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were nice.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work in the room only out near the main pool/lounge area. They commented on it getting fixed so hopefully only a minor issue rather than a consistent issue.
While the plunge pool was nice, with my particular room, it was located in the shade in the late afternoon/early evening so was actually quite cool even after being out all day, I didn’t stay in too long since it got cold.
