Location was fantastic and central to everything for me and my family.
TVs were not smart TVs and you either had to sign up or sign in to watch movies etc
Stairs was not ideal for me and my family. Top floor had all bedrooms and bathrooms so many trips were taken.
The main bedroom, one of the beds was uneven to the other (two single beds pushed together to make a king bed)
Top floor main bedroom balcony had no outdoor dining/seating area.
The washing machine was exceptionally loud once spin cycle proceeded and shook the floor and stair case.
Not enough laundry liquid, toilet paper and not enough Towels provided considering a 4 night stay with 3 adults and 3 children
We loved the apartment with the bonus kitchenette in the lower bedroom. The stairs , inside the apartment, which has 3 levels, were a good workout with luggage but we knew that from the reviews. We loved the quiet street and secure entry and exit without having to worry about the keys. Plenty of extra binliners and detergent. Nice pump soaps. 3 x large smart tvs. It took us a little while to realize you neded to double click on the live tv icon to watch normal tv. Nice and close to the shopping centre.
The apartment was clean and amenities great.
We would definitely stay again for our next convention.
Our only suggestion, is to get the floor grouting cleaned in the bathrooms and showers especially in the upstairs ones, as it detracts from the overall cleanliness of the apartment, which was good, and the drains in one of the bathrooms, smell quite badly which I know is difficult to fix. Obviously the floor grout would have to be done seperately from the normal clean as it would take time to do..

I liked its proximity to Charlestown square
Ground floor location. As a single women staying alone, the ground floor location felt very unsafe.
A washing machine in the studio would have been great, unable to locate the guest laundry.

The room was not clean, I was told I’d be getting a refund but have not received it yet!!!

The location is so handy. the kitchen is very functional, the second bathroom very useful. This the second stay, came back because of the short distance to Charlestown square.
The persons staying were able bodied, the stairs would be pretty hard for some people to deal with especially to take up lugage. They do separate the bedrooms off well from the living however it means that to go to the toilet one needs to go up the stairs.
Central location with parking, spacious unit that was very clean.
