Helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel and staff were amazing! Could not fault in the slightest. Unfortunately the location was quite far away from where the rest of our family was but the staff handled everything so well. We had to change hotels at the last minute and they gave us free cancellation, could not have asked for more. Hopefully next time we will stay here.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal aber das Hotel würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren ziemlich nah am Strand.

Cons:

Die Armaturen waren extrem verkalkt. Das Wasser was aus der Leitung kam war furchtbar. Wir mussten ins Hamam um uns sauber zu fühlen.

Alles roch nach Chlor. Als wir den Haarföhn nutzen wollten und ihn an die Steckdose angeschlossen haben, wäre dieser beinah explodiert. Es fing an zu knistern und der Föhn wurde mit einemal sofort rot.

Amazing value for money, fantastic and friendly staff
Pros:

The apartments are huge, very clean and beautiful. Definitely a wow factor considering the price! The staff were all incredibly friendly. The food was better than expected for a pool cafe. It was a lovely stay, thank you to all of the staff there.

Cons:

There isn't much to improve! The pool opens at 9.30 and closes at 7 which is reasonable, but as the temperatures are nicest early morning and evening it would be nice if those hours were extended. The hotel doesn't sell alcohol, which is completely understandable given Morocco's culture, and there are 2 good and affordable bars only a couple minutes walk away for those who like a glass of wine. All in all, a fantastic stay

Desilusión al llegar y ver la habitación realmente.

El personal todos muy amables y el desayuno está muy bien.

Las fotos no se ajustan a lo que nos encontramos al llegar. La verdad es que está todo bastante "dejado" y cosas deterioradas. No corresponde ni a un 3 ni a un 4 estrellas. La verdad. Al llegar al hotel es verdad que bajé a hablar con los chicos de recepción y trataron en todo momento de ayudarme, pero no podía cambiarme de habitación porque estaba todo lleno.
El baño muy cutre (oxido y falta de pintura). Con una mampara ridícula que no llega al suelo. Poca presión en la ducha y aún y todo encharcabas todo el baño.
