Pros:

Personnels très professionnel, piscine, emplacement, personnels restaurant au top.

Cons:

Pas de table balcon,pas de fer a repasser comme dit dans le descriptif,pas étendoir pour le linge, douche non séparé des toilettes donc vous prenez votre douche dans le toilette après chaque douche nettoyage complet salle d eau ,au niveau des plats restaurant il faut revoir les Plats, ça ne correspond pas à l intitulé du menu.

Pros:

Bij het uitchecken vond ik het personeel aan de receptie niet erg professioneel of vriendelijk. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe mijn verblijf was geweest en zelfs een eenvoudig "dank u" of "goede reis terug" ontbrak. Dit gaf helaas geen positieve afsluiting van mijn verblijf.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders unsere Kinder waren begeistert – angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Pros:

Le calme, la propreté, la grande piscine, la kitchenette et surtout le personnel et spécialement Mr Ali qui nous a été d'une aide précieuse durant notre séjour.

Cons:

RAS , a part peut-être des fourmis qui rentrent dans les appartements, qui nécessitent un traitement.

personnelle agréable et logement très propre

Cons:

la nourriture ( viande achée dans le tajine pas de bonne qualité )
chocolat sur les crêpe pas très bon
mais on rien dit car le personnel était au petit soin (très belle équipe ) (naella )

Needs refurbished and a bit away from amenities
Pros:

Restaurant staff were really nice, one girl in particular was exceptional, I didn't get her name she is the tall blond girl. Food was nice.

Cons:

Lack of towels, I asked 2 days out of 4 for towels as there were 3 adults to be told we would get them later, they gave us 1 large and 1 small towel between the 3 of us later when we went to the room there was 1 more set as we were only there 3 night we just made do with what we got. The room needs refurbished the bathroom toilet roll holder was broken the chrome on the taps are bubbling off, the balcony had puddles of water everywhere, I don't know why it's classed as 4 stars, could be a nice hotel if refurbished.

Pros:

L’emplacement très central , la vue mer , la piscine très bien entretenue, le petit déjeuner . La présence de taxi devant l’hôtel. La réactivité du personnel pour un changement de chambre.

Cons:

Pas grand chose si ce n’est que les chambres à l’arrière sont bruyante et moins bien équipées.

Great restaurant / great staff but rooms need upgrading
Pros:

Spacious. Family friendly but also quiet. Great restaurant and amazing staff.
Restaurant was so convenient. Times are great. Food is top tier.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and needs a refresh. Was hoping the indoor pool was accessible.
