Disappointed.
Pros:

Was very disappointed. The accommodation had wet rooms for showering and there was clear signs of damp from the stale water. Arriving into the room, all the windows were wide open which makes sense now. We complained and was allocated another room but same issue.
Returned home with a wheezy chest and viral infection and was laid off work in bed for 3weeks before recovering.

We loved our holidays!
Pros:

Its nice family hotel, good location near to seaside some steps and restaurants too, as well food and staff were amazing in hotel. Kids enjoyed swimming pool a lot. The best cleaners!

Encore un très beau séjour en famille
Pros:

Encore un beau séjour dans cette établissement. Nous y allons tous les ans depuis 5 ans et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Les appartements sont propres et bien équipés, l’emplacement est idéal et le personnes aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale aux serveurs et serveuses du restaurant, ils sont tellement adorables. Merci à Yassine, Safae et une dernière dont nous avons oublié le prénom (désolés).

Cons:

Si je devis absolument mettre 1 point négatif est le parking devant la résidence qui peut être compliqué! Mais merci au gardien qui veille sur les voitures 😉.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay. The apartment had very old, worn furniture, and the bathroom, especially the shower, was outdated and in poor condition. From the first day, I experienced problems with the Wi-Fi and had issues with the staff, which spoiled the start of my stay. Overall, the accommodation did not match the standard advertised and was not worth the 1,500 dirhams I paid. I hope my complaint will be reviewed, and I would appreciate appropriate compensation.
