Perfectly situated as we had just returned from France on the ferry at 9.45pm
Not enough towels in the room.
Craig went above and beyond, makes such a difference when you have that one member of staff who is worth his weight in gold
Loved it all
Amazing staff - super friendly, 10/10
Made the stay feel that bit extra
Even went the extra mile to look after my dog
Being picky - a shower would of been preferred but not worth moaning over when everything else was fantastic
The Antelope is a decent place to stay
Being charged twice for changing the booking, still arguing with booking.com to get a refund a month later
It was in the town centre of Poole.
There was a persistent musty smell in the room, and the window did not open for more than 4 inches. The warm water in the shower worked for a few minutes in the evening, and didn't work at all in the morning no matter what we tried. There was no mini bar/ small fridge in the room in July. Obviously, no air conditioning, just a small fan (not the main problem). We paid the price for a proper hotel room, but this one was old and run down.
Location was perfect and staff very friendly and helpful.
We only stayed for 1 night but we will go back.
How close it was to shops and quey. Food. Service
Ein sehr schönes B&B in toller Lage, um Poole und die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Kaffee zum Frühstück war Nescafé, sonst war alles toll.
Great location and friendly informative staff.
Nothing
Great location with good bar, outside seating and large restaurant. Very comfortable room, no noise and large bathroom.
Would be good to have info on the website about how to approach by car and that the high street is closed to vehicles between 10am and 10pm.
Very welcoming homely pub , in excellent position.staff very friendly & helpful.
Sat outside in the beer garden which was lovely but one thing we didn’t like was the smell of the rubbish/recycling bins . Apart from
That not much to dislike.
