Convenient location in the heart of the old town. Good insulation on the windows kept it remarkably quiet despite street performers, walkers, etc. just outside. Comfortable room, good bed, nice breakfast. Nice bar area, server was friendly and efficient.

From check-in until check-out the stay was very pleasant. The site is in a pedestrian area. Almost every thing is in walking distance; Hot spots, restaurants, bars, views, ... The interior looks good and is in good shape. The rooms are clean and contain all the usual needs. If you're disturbed by the noise level of the street there are additional noise filtering and light blocking doors ok the window. The breakfast buffet is typical for every hotel. You'll find everything you need; Sweet and savory ingredients, Fruits, jam, cake, bread, ham, salmon, vegetables, egg, juice, water, ... coffee will be prepared by the waiters. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filipe really stood out here.

We really enjoyed our time here! The location is great and the amenities (pool/breakfast) were very nice! Thiago took great care of us at breakfast — gotta love lattes and cappuccinos made fresh instead of vat coffee!

Great hotel with a convenient location. The rooms were quiet and peaceful despite being centrally located, which made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay. The hotel was excellent with especially good service. We particularly liked the location and really enjoyed the food. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Pousada Porto.

Spent 4 nights here booked via jet2 city breaks. Our superior room on the 3rd floor was a reasonable size with a great shower and comfortable beds. We were located on the side of the hotel so no view but it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fruit, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, smoked salmon and some hot items including very good scrambled eggs. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and location was excellent. Perfect hotel for a short city breaks.
