Clean and comforable :-)
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

There was nothing negative about the hotel overall; the only downside was the view from our room’s balcony.

Cons:

Il personale non é dei più disponibili. Il tappo della vasca da bagno era bloccato percio una seconda doccia non era possibile. L'abbiamo segnalato, gentilmente la sera, prima di uscire. Ci era stato promesso di risolvere il problema, promessa non mantenuta.

Hotel good, location poor....
Pros:

Facilities inside the hotel were mostly great, good choice at breakfast, great swimming pool, most of the staff were very helpful, all except those on reception who just would't answer the phone the three times we tried ringing them to complain about the noisy guests in the room next door. In the end we had to go to reception and ask them to do something about the noise and they sent up the security guard to sort it out.

Cons:

While the hotel itself was good the same could not be said once you went outside it's doors. The surrounding area was like a wasteland, unfinished buildings, pavement with potholes in them, rubbish strewn everywhere....expected better from somewhere called a "tourist zone"...in summary, hotel good, location poor...

Chambre spacieuse (suite) mais peu équipée, pas de petit frigo, 2 mini bouteilles d’eau et seulement le jour d'arrivée, très petit balcon

Cons:

Chambre propre mais extérieurs autour de la piscine pas bien entretenus. C’est dommage car l'endroit est plutôt agréable

J'ai réservé une nuit d'hôtel pour ma maman et mon oncle, ils ont été très bien accueillis. Le personnel a été au petit soin, hôtel confortable et agréable.
