Mooi hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

De suite was enorm ruim! Aparte slaapkamer en woonkamer. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes.

Cons:

Het balkon was enorm klein en er stond maar 1 stoel.

L’hôtel est calme et propre, avec de grandes chambres. Les équipes Hamza et Younes à la réception sont particulièrement remarquables. Hamza est à l’écoute et réactif, tandis que Younes n’hésite pas à donner un coup de main avec le sourire et l’envie que les clients reviennent.

A truly memorable experience where the warmth and care of the staff made me feel more like a welcome
Pros:

The hospitality was exceptional, especially from Soukaina, the Hotel Manager, and Khalid, the Food & Beverage Manager, who both went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and well looked after throughout my stay. What could have been a small disappointment with my gluten-free breakfast was handled with such kindness, professionalism, and generosity that it became one of the highlights of my trip. The warmth of the staff and their genuine care for guests made my stay in Marrakech truly memorable.

Nothing worth mentioning. The staff's attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction exceeded my expectations.

Tout ! Personnel professionnel et chaleureux , les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes , excellente literie , une belle piscine pour se détendre , clients de l’hôtel qui parlent discrètement , vraiment un endroit où la détente est appréciable . - Het personeel was zeer profesioneel en hulpzaam.

Met name mevrouw Soukaina ait Lahcen,; zij luisterd graag naar de klant en zijn wensen.

* Youness Hamdani is het pilaar bij kech hotel.
* El Bachir. zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam top!

Als vaste klant kan ik zeggen, Voorheen was dit hotel van een andere eigenaaar , dit hotel was bijna verloren gegaan.( Ik had mezelf.voorgenomen om nooit meer tekomen.)

Maar....

Tot mijn verbazing met dit nieuwe team commercieel manager en ook manager van de receptie soukaina en Youness, merk ik dat ze het hotel echt naar een goed niveau hebben getilt en ziijn nog steeds bezig om beter te worden daar ben ik trots op !!!
El bachir is een perfecte aanwinst !!

Mijn complimenten voor het team kech !!!!!

Exceptional.
Pros:

Very impressed with room size , great breakfast each day, dinner meals were fantastic. Pool, very calming and relaxing. SPA was one of the top things we did. It surpass our Spa that we get each month. We had no issue. Very accommodating. !!!

Cons:

I had NO issues. Even with the language barrier , great service. I travel a LOT, this was at the TOP!!I I will recommend this hotel.

Bel Hotel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais merite plus d’entretien

Hamza le maitre nageur qui merite 10 etoiles, Laila du petit dejeuner pour nos omelettes. Le local est beau, les chambres sont belles et spatieuses. Changement de chambre pour un double bed le lendemain. Belle piscine, bon petit dejeuner mais devrait être quand même varié. Personnel dans l’ensemble agréable.

Cons:

Je voulais un gateau pour mon anniversaire, la gentille Myriam de la réception a pris la peine de demander le prix la veille, et me donner un prix de 350dh plus deco dans ma chambre. Le lendemain, sa responsable me donne un autre prix de 500dh juste pour le gâteau ,me disant que Myriam était nouvelle et avait mal compris. Mon groupe et moi avions choisi votre hotel pour feter mon anniversaire mais BOF soit!on est allés diner a la sultana avec un magnifique gateau et c’était tres bien.

Je n’ai pas apprécié la désagréable sensation d’être observée en permanence et qu’on parlait de nous. Ou les questions du personnel assez intrusive. La responsable visage tres fermé, contrairement au reste du personnel.

Aussi La femme de ménage, desagreable, des deux derniers jours, qui malgré ma pancarte sur la porte le dernier jour n’a pas fait le ménage, la veille faisait le menage en ralant et en me claquant les portes dans la chambre. Le menage dans l’hotel est moyen pour un 4 etoiles. Beaucoup de poussiere sur les portes vitrees des couloirs. Cafard dans le couloir des toilettes de la reception. Pommeau de douche vieillisant dans les salles de bain, plus bouton pour changer la facon dont s’ecoule l’eau dans la baignoire rouillé/vieillisant.

Ma chambre initiale avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et etait poussièreuse.

Pas aimé les serveuses du premier jour au niveau du restaurant de la piscine. Meme sensation desagreable d’etre devisagee et n’ont pas pris la peine de debarasser la table sur laquelle nous voulions nous installer malgré notre demande. Nous avons nous, changé de table
