Pros:

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator, and more.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. If you need fresh towels, you can simply ask the host, or pick them up yourself from the designated area downstairs, which is very convenient.

The apartment is not in the city center, but there is a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around. There is also paid parking close by, and it’s reasonably priced by Vienna standards. Another thing we really appreciated was that everything was explained in clear guides. It made the stay very easy, as we didn’t have to spend time figuring things out, such as where to park. Everything was very well organized and thoughtfully planned.

Fully digital, lovely apartment block!
Pros:

Fully digital hotel, no need for the eye to eye contact with a host! Even the online (Whatsapp) enquiries were taken by AI giving clear right away responses.
Super clear instructions were given for the entry, use and self- service!
All the neccessary amenities were present: fully equiped kitchen, A/C, coffee/ tea available upon request; laundry room available downstairs.
Plesant smell at the entrance on the staircase, but smoky inside the appartment because of the reason explained below).
45 minutes on foot to the city center, or up to 1 minute to the metro station! Located in Margareten block, close to tbe Schloss Schonbrunn gardens (15 mins on foot)

Cons:

The smoke smell coming out of the mezzanine balcony (inside the building, covered around with walls; honestly, missing a good reason for the necessity of such space, as only the smoking area...) Since the smoking was not permitted inside i suppose guests sneak out to this balcony for a quick cigarette and as a result "sharing" the smoke with all the guests.

Al lado de la estación de metro. Muy silencioso. Podías coger toallas limpias en la lavandería. Tienen locker para guardar las maletas antes o después del check-in o del check-out. Tiene detalles como acondicionador del pelo o loción corporal. Todo ello hace la estancia muy agradable.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung und große Wohnküche, aber mehrere Mängel im Detail
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute U-Bahn-Anbindung, mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder in Schönbrunn war.
Die Räume boten meist viel Platz und waren sauber. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm bei den hohen Temperaturen.
Der Zugang zu den Vorräten im Keller war angenehm, wenn das Klopapier oder z.B. Zucker ausgingen.
Gutes Angebot: Kaffee, Milch, Hafermilch, Tee, Zucker, Pfeffer, Salz, , Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier, Spültabs und Spülmittel waren vorhanden.
Sinnvoll: Terrnnung von Toilette und Dusche in zwei Räume

Cons:

Der Bereich rund um Bett/Schreibtisch/Stuhl war so eng, dass wir kaum durchkamen und den Stuhl vom Schreibtisch entfernen mussten (nur noch als Ablage genutzt). Auch die Nutzung des nur einen Kleiderschranks war mühselig, weil schlecht zugänglich. Und das Spülen in der Küche ist sehr eng. Für das zweite Zimmer sollte man bedenken, dass man nur mit eingezogenem Kopf auf die hintere Bettseite gelangt (schräge Dachbalken). Wir hatten die Wohnung für vier Personen gebucht, brauchten aber auch das Wohnzimmer zum Schlafen, weil wir für zwei Personen getrennte Schlafzimmer brauchen. Das Schlafsofa, auf das wir gehofft hatten, war aufgebaut sehr wackelig und die Matratze so verdreckt, dass man darauf nicht schlafen mochte.
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles neu und sauber, aber im Detail merkt man doch, dass die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist (z.B. starke Farbabplatzungen an den Türrahmen auf der Toilette; tropfende Klimaanlage ...).
Insgesamt ist vor allem die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Wir vermissten: einen Toaster, eine richtige Kaffeemaschine oder eine French Press (und nicht nur eine Kapselmaschine), einen Pfannenwender, einen Rührlöffel, Eierbecher, einen Brötchenkorb, ein scharfes kleines Gemüse-Messer, ein paar nicht fusselnde (!) Geschirrhandtücher, mehr als nur zwei Weingläser und insgesamt mehr Geschirr, denn sonst spült man mit dem Geschirrspüler wenig ökonomisch. Das Spülbecken hatte keinen Stöpsel, so dass wir nur unter fließendem Wasser spülen konnten.
Wie in en meisten Unterkünften, ist auch diese nur mit Winter-Bettdecken und vor allem Winter-Kopfkissen ausgestattet. Entsprechend heiß waren die Nächte. Hier sollte man umdenken und sich an das jeweilige Klima besser anpassen.
Im Bad vermissten wir Haken für die Handtücher - drei sind einfach zu wenig. Und der Haken sollte in der Toilette höher gesetzt werden, das Handtuch hing ständig auf dem Boden herum. Auf der Terrasse haben wir Sitzkissen sehr vermisst!

İnsanı evinde hissettiren bir konaklama
Pros:

Temiz, her şey düşünülmüş. Bulaşık makinesi, tencere ve çatal-kaşık ekipmanları, kahve makinesi, su ısıtıcısı. Hepsi kaliteli ve yeniydi

Cons:

Asansörler kat aralarında. Bebek arabasıyla çok fazla zorlandık. Çocuk büyüyene kadar bir daha buraya gelemeyiz.

Pros:

Metro kullanacaklar için istasyona sadece 30 sn mesafede. Yakınlarda SPAR, BILLA gibi marketler bulunuyor. Eve giriş çıkış işlemleri çok kolay ve basitti. Mutfak ekipmanları gayet yeterliydi , klima güzel çalışıyordu. 4 kişi ailecek kaldık ve çok keyif aldık. İhtiyaç duymanız halinde bodrum katta havlu, çarşaf alabildiğiniz bir dolap da bulunuyor ayrıca ücreti karşılığında çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi de var. Banyoda şampuan, sabun bulunuyor. Ev gayet temizdi. Ayrıca televizyonda çıkan qr kodu okutup telefonunuzdan youtube üzerinden video açıp televizyondan izleyebilirsiniz. Her şey çok güzeldi tekrar Viyana'ya uğrarsam yine burada kalırım.

Cons:

Kötü bir durum yoktu sadece çekyat bazılarına biraz rahatsız gelebilir. Ayrıca bizi rahatsız etmedi ama odanız yol tarafına bakarsa dışarıdan gürültü alabilir. Yine bodrum kattaki çamaşır odasından kulak tıkacı temin edebilirsiniz

Pros:

Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Była woda, kawa, herbata, mleko do kawy i oliwa. Jeśli coś się skończyło, można było samodzielnie uzupełnić. Klarowne informacje na ulotce w apartamencie. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja (ale tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu). Dobra lokalizacja, metro i Spar pod nosem. W nocy cisza.

Hałas z pobliskiej szkoły.
