Great location
Pros:

Perfect location if u are looking for reasonable place to stay to help with costs. The station is a 5 minute walk away which helped us alot especially with two young boys. Room size is great but can get awkward when changing after a hot shower especially with kids.

Cons:

Not enough pillows to share and the duvets were small especially for me and my wife to share lol. When needing extra towels there was a charge which isn't a lot but wasn't aware. When I asked if we could have clean bedding we found out that they do offer this as long as u stay more than 7 days we stayed 15 days and never knew until I asked but they will also want to come in the room which wasn't to keen on. Other then that the place is great especially the location.

Excellent location and great value for money, but the cleanliness could be significantly improved.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the train station, which makes it extremely convenient. There is also a supermarket right next to the building, as well as several restaurants, pharmacies, and other shops just a few minutes away. The location is definitely one of the hotel's strongest points.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the property. I understand that the building is old and that the price is very reasonable, but the overall cleanliness was far below my expectations. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was a significant amount of dust in the room, and the windows appeared very dirty. These issues had a negative impact on my overall stay.

Cons:

Les photos ne ressemblent pas aux chambres proposées. La moquette au sol était extrêmement sale. De plus, la température de l'eau de la douche était impossible à régler, passant de très froide à brûlante sans raison. J'ai contacté l'établissement pour exprimer mon mécontentement et j'ai demandé à être relogé. L'établissement n'a pas été réactif et a simplement envoyé deux personnes remplacer quelques morceaux de moquettes (la moquette au sol est composée de carrés détachables) comme si cela allait changer quoi que ce soit à l'état général de la chambre.
J'ai de nouveau écrit pour leur faire savoir que je n'étais pas satisfait de la manière dont avait été traité le problème, ce à quoi ils ont simplement répondu :"désolé de la gêne occasionnée"

离车站非常近
Pros:

离日暮里站非常近，通过成田机场进出非常方便，jr山手线几乎涵盖所有闹市区域，房间也很大，住得很舒心

La ubicación es súper buena Nippori es buen lugar para alojarse

Cons:

Ya íbamos sabiendo que era algo austero, pero la atención al cliente es pésima. Se nos quedó bloqueada la puerta y no podíamos entrar, tardaron casi 1 hora en ofrecernos ayuda, alli no hay nadie y si te pasa cualquier cosa nadie podrá ayudarte. Avisado quedas. No es un hotel sino un apartamento pequeño. Yo quise ahorrar un poco y reserve, y me arrepentí de no haber gastado un poquito más por una opcion mejor.

Vị trí rất gần ga tàu, gần khu dân sinh yên tĩnh. Các nhà hàng xung quanh tuy đóng cửa sớm nhưng buổi sáng rất yên tĩnh và đẹp

Cons:

Checkin 16h nhưng phòng lúc đó chưa dọn xong.

This was fine for short stay and close to train station
