We enjoyed our stays at this hotel.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, very close to the Train Station. Just crossing the canal in front of the hotel. Good things are free soft drink which is available on the Reception floor, two free bottles of water everyday. Staffs are very nice and very helpful.

Cons:

Room was cleaned every 4 days, should be more often. We stayed 8 nights and got the room cleaned only two times.

Excellent location, reasonable prices.
Pros:

The location was near a busy area but just a few blocks to have complete silence.

Cons:

The buttons on the nightstand to control the lights had a dimm light that cannot be turned off. This caused a little inconveniences at the time to go sleep.

Fantastic quiet location, very close to downtown Akihabara.
Pros:

Fantastic quiet location but still very close to electric town. Close to transport and food options, very clean and friendly staff. Loved the common area, free drinks and snacks, lots of complimentary toiletries.

Cons:

Pillows a little too firm.

The staff were super friendly, I loved the tea and coffee buffet and the amenities buffet available in reception. The lounge area was excellent with everything you need. Loves the microwaves, so handy
The robot in reception was also super cute 🥰

Lovely stay for a night
Pros:

The staff were fanstastic and incredibly accomodating. There was free tea, coffee & soda when we arrived. We had some issues with the size of the bed and they were more than happy to help us sort something else out.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small for 3 people. Dad had to sleep on a couch which was very firm

Great location, sound proof. The room is dark except for the automatic entrance light(beware)

Great location, easy access to both stations. Sound proof and very dark great for sleeping

Cons:

The automatic light at the entrance is terrible, even getting up to use the bathroom made the light turn on, waking up the other person. Also very difficult to get to the beds only about 8 inches of walking room

Super great value hotel in Akihabara
Pros:

Super-convenient hotel very close to Akihabara Station. Facilities and the room felt very new. Everything was clean. The overall room is slightly bigger than what one finds in APA, for example, which makes a big difference in the shower (can actually move a bit while showering). As far as "budget"-ish hotels in touristy areas in Tokyo go, this is top-notch value for the price. The hotel has a common area with free coffee, tea, and even some snacks. Having a common area is extremely convenient when staying in small rooms. Cause one can just drop there for a quick rest in between walks, or to eat something brought from the konbinis (which can be difficult if the room is tight).

Tek kelimeyle harikaydı. En en güzel kalma deneyimlerimizden oldu. Ailem çok rahat etti. Temizliğinden hizmetine, otelin konumundan sağladıkları imkanlara muazzamdı. Hiç düşünmeden herkese tavsiye ederim ve tekrar gelecek olursam da burayı tercih ederim.
