Hotel strepitoso a Tokyo

Tutto molto bello, posto curato, personale gentile e tutto super funzionale, mi sono trovato davvero benissimo, ogni tipologia di servizio era davvero eccellente in ogni parte. Hanno anche spedito i nostri bagagli e ci hanno aiutato nella procedura, davvero tutto perfetto, complimenti davvero, anche la posizione è davvero perfetta!!

Cons:

Unica nota, aria condizionata, spesso è troppo fredda o difficile da regolare e poi si forma un po' caldo in camera servirebbe una via di mezzo, ma niente di che, è una piccolezza e magari una luce più forte nella stanze per avere più illuminazione :)

Шикарное расположение, комфорт и относительно просторные номера
Pros:

Расположение отеля супер, недалеко от станции Акихабара и в непосредственной близости от еще нескольких станций, поэтому везде по Токио добиралась без пересадок. Рядом с отелем несколько крупных магазинов электроники, Донки, аптеки, книжный, ТЦ с Юникло и GU. В общем район закрывает множество задач по шоппингу. Также есть множество ресторанов. Можно дойти пешком до Гинзы и до парка Уэно и музеев. Так что район в плане расположения идеален.
Номер достаточно просторный для Токио, было место для сбора двух чемоданов и для размещения вещей. Помимо кровати был небольшой диванчик и стол, прикроватная тумба. В номере ванна, причем не самая маленькая по местным меркам. Чистота на высоком уровне, никаких нареканий. Отдельно порадовала насадка для душа и фен от бренда Refa. Отличная возможность потестировать перед покупкой. На телевизоре доступен ютуб, а также можно зайти в свои аккаунты Нетфликса и Амазон прайма.
Я просила этаж повыше и вид на жд пути. Мое пожелание учли, что очень приятно. Из номера видно было станцию и проходящие мимо поезда, а также реку.
Можно доплатить небольшую сумму за поздний чек-ин и выселиться вплоть до 2 часов дня, что для меня было невероятно удобно.
Лобби не на первом этаже, что в целом часто встречается в Японии. Поэтому на первом этаже обычно нет толп народа, это очень комфортно. В лобби есть станция с косметическими принадлежностями, уходовой косметикой, кофе-дрипами и ассортиментом чая на выбор. Отдельно порадовал ассортимент солей для ванн. Такого я раньше в японских отелях не встречала. Также в лобби есть автомат с бесплатными прохладительными напитками, кофе-машина и чай. В целом в лобби есть просторная зона, где можно поработать или посидеть выпить кофе. Ездит очаровательный робот, с которым можно повзаимодействовать.

Cons:

Нет никаких опций по еде. Но об этом пишут в общей информации об отеле, это не было сюрпризом.
В целом из минусов только достаточно высокая стоимость проживания. Но тут просто надо понимать, что номер не 11 кв метров в таком хорошем районе Токио не будет стоить супер бюджетно. Отель очень понравился, однозначно буду рекомендовать знакомым.

Unser Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse überraschend groß und wir hatten genug Platz, um unsere Koffer gut abzustellen. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleine Überraschung zu unserer Hochzeitsreise. Wir hatten nur beiläufig erwähnt, dass wir auf Honeymoon sind, und das Hotel hat dies wahrgenommen und für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit - Gesichtsmasken, Seifen und persönliche Worte - vorbereitet. Eine wirklich liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit! Auch die Lage ist super. In etwa 5 bis 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der Akihabara U-Bahn Station und der Akihabara Street. Dadurch ist man sehr gut angebunden und schnell in anderen Teilen Tokios. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel eine Tee und Kaffee Station.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht und können dieses daher nicht beurteilen.

Cozy and welcoming space in a great location
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm so glad I came back! The facilities and room are very clean, the view of the train tracks is phenomenal, and the staff are so friendly. I made many requests to the front desk and they were very accommodating and professional. The lobby has great spaces to work, chat, or just relax and watch the trains go by. The coin laundry is also very easy to operate. As a solo traveler, the room was the perfect size. The bathroom felt especially luxurious, and the hair dryer was fantastic too. I'm looking forward to visiting this hotel a third time in the future!

Amazing and comfy stay with a location close to many train lines.
Pros:

It was a very good for value hotel, very clean and with a great style. The rooms are super comfortable and « bigger » than some other hotels.
We loved the location, super close to many major train lines. While it was close to the rails we only very faintly hear them and it didn’t disrupt our sleep at all. The staff was nice and was very helpful to recover a lost item. We can only recommend !
