Dopo aver fatto il check in online giorni prima come da richiesta sulla piattaforma , il giorno dell' arrivo mi cancellano la prenotazione in autonomia lasciando 5 persone a piedi...mai successo una cosa del genere!!!

Von der Lage her passend zum Veranstaltungsort. Komplette Personalfreiheit ist nicht sympathisch.
Pros:

Da es kein Personal gab, ist die Frage danach überflüssig. Genau das finde ich sehr befremdlich.

Impossible customer support
Cons:

Terrible experience with our check-in process. The check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, on the day of the arrival, we received a message that it will be delayed until 16:00. We did not accept this as we needed to prepare for an event, so we requested to be checked in on the previously stated time.

We were told that its doable and we should be able to check in. We therefore arrived to the hotel at 15:00, found our room but couldnt get in. We texted and called customer support and were informed that the room has not been cleaned yet.

We waited on the hallway until 16:00. The room was not cleaned by that either. We requested a different room and were denyied the request. We waited for one more hour, with no reception at the hotel, there is no way of talking to someone in person, you need to Keep calloch them and the communication is very lengthy and difficult.

The room was finally cleaned at 17:45. We demanded a refund for that night, as we couldnt prepare for our event due to not having a room. It was denyied but in the end, we were promised at least a 20% refund for the first night. Its almost two months and I still havent received it. While checking with customer support, it seems like they forgot to issue it at first and now that its issued, they are pulling out of the case, telling us to contact booking. Terrible experience.

Oh and btw, the elevator didnt work during our entire stay.

Pros:

room equipped to a really high standard, big and comfortable, furniture in great state. Coworking areas, good internet, easy to access, self-checkin convenient.

Cons:

hair dryer not very good.
shampoos really low quality, it dried up my hair extremely, had to stop using it and invest in a strong conditioner
