Pros:

A really good value for money holiday for families. We loved the pools, the private cabana we booked for the day, and the spa day was so lovely. The balcony where you eat dinner also has stunning views!

Cons:

The resort offers excellent value for money for families, and we really enjoyed the pools, spa facilities, and private cabana experience. The only aspect that wasn't quite for us was the buffet dining experience. While there was an impressive variety of food and it's clear that a great deal of effort goes into catering for so many guests, the dining areas often felt quite busy and chaotic. The overall atmosphere is geared towards accommodating large numbers of visitors, so if you're looking for a more intimate or luxurious resort experience, this may not be the best fit. Small details, such as cocktails being served in paper cups, also meant it didn't quite have the premium holiday feel. But if easy-going family style is your vibe - this is the place!

Кухня разочаровала полностью , было невкусно!!! Каждый день одно и тоже фантазия у повара отсутствует , одни и те же блюда каждый день нет не какого разнообразия не в закусках не в мясе из фруктов каждый день только арбуз яблоки и апельсины , еду нельзя выносить в номер или брать с собой лимон в бар для закуски , возле главного бассейна нет персонала не кто не следит за чистотой и бронированием мест только вечером собирают мусор .. персонал работает на отьебись только бармены разряжают эту обстановку и женщины которые готовят гизлеме , соки в автоматох максимально химозные и их невозможно пить .мы забыли обувь и не кто даже не сказал нам об этом хотя выехав с номера мы ещё 5 часов были в лобби и на территории отеля хотя наш номер начали убрать сразу после нашего ухода . Неудобные зонтики из соломы которые не регулируются бумажная посуда которая расползается в руках , отель на разных этажах и очень не грамотная логистика что б ждать полотенце с бассейна нужно подниматься на 4 этаж разочарованы полностью больше в этот отель не поедим ! Есть варианты дешевле но более комфортные .

Впечатления от пребывания в отеле очень позитивные.
Pros:

Завтраки, ужины, питание на пляже, а также платные рестораны (25 евро с человека) были очень хорошие, разнообразные. Еды очень много. Вкусная. Территория отеля большая, ухоженная, зеленая. Отель находится на невысоком холме, поэтому спуск к морю террасами очень живописно. У отеля есть свой песчанные пляж, небольшой, но приятный, а также заход в море с пирса, что тоже вносит разнообразие. Персонал приветливый. Номер большой с балконом и частичным видом на море. Уборка в номере была каждый день.

Cons:

С номером увы не очень повезло. Кондеционер не работал на охлаждение (на ресепшен обращаться не стали, так как в отели были всего 4 дня - пережили ), а также номер частично выходил на дорогу - было шумно от машин. Закрытая дверь балкона особо не помогала.

The property is wonderful. There's nothing more to say. It's beautiful, cozy, clean, and pleasant.

The staff was wonderful—polite and friendly. However, they could pay more attention to their personal hygiene.
I know they were busy and working hard, but the smell was really strong and unpleasant.
They might consider changing their uniforms regularly and using deodorant.

Amazing resort with loads to do for the whole family
Pros:

The resort is massive and absolutely gorgeous with all the greenery - blooming trees, manicured lawns and even a 1100-year-old olive tree! We had a lovely and relaxing stay and mostly just stayed at the resort because they have an amazing beach (we loved jumping off the pier), 3 nice swimming pools, one with really cool water slides.
Since it's all-inclusive and F&B outlets are located in various spots, you can always get some refreshments. The food at the buffet was really good - breakfast, lunch and dinner - really good variety and always replenished so they hardly it doesn't run out. Great selection of cheeses, veg and fruit were always fresh, live station for eggs and pancakes in the morning and grilled fish, chicken, pizza etc. in the afternoon and evening. Watermelon was so yum. Loads of pastries and desserts. They even keep soups for the late-night snack :) until 2am.
The shows they run at the amphitheatre are always different and entertaining. We saw the Bodrum breakdance group and they were really good. You can also play tennis (table and regular), volleyball, basketball and football for free.
Overall a really great place to stay with the whole family.

Cons:

The hotel is well established, so the rooms might need refreshing (but they are still nice and clean). We also didn't like the fact that there are no designated smoking areas. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people smoking, so when you are enjoying your meal on the terrace or relaxing on a sun lounger, you have to breathe the smoke. There is no regard even for children, but maybe that's the culture, and the hotel can't really do anything about it.
