Bon séjours avec des hauts et des bas
Pros:

Sa nature on dirait une carte postale

Cons:

Manque de mini bus pour se deplacer ; les fournitures de la chambre quasiment absentes ; style de chambre vieillot et surtout le buffet manque de nouveautés il est répétitif
Meme pour le café turc les gateaux ils etaient fades
Pour lanimation y a pas d equipe ! Ils font 1 animation par jour du coup c ennuyant

I had a wonderful stay at Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa. All facilities were working perfectly, everything was well organized, and nothing was missing throughout my stay.

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, especially Mairam at the reception, who was always helpful and welcoming.

On my last day, I lost my bag, which was very valuable to me because it contained important personal belongings. The security guard at the entrance did everything possible to help. He immediately contacted the hotel manager, checked the security cameras, and reached out to the vehicle where I had accidentally left the bag. Thanks to their quick response and dedication, my bag was returned within 20 minutes, and nothing was missing.

A huge thank you to the entire resort and all the staff for their outstanding service, honesty, and professionalism. Experiences like this show how much they truly care about their guests.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Dei Pools waren in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zum Strand muss man runter laufen, der Weg zurück ist ziemlich anstrengend, da man wieder diesen steilen Weg nach oben laufen muss. Ein Shuttleservice wäre gut gewesen.
Über das Essen muss man sagen, dass es viel Auswahl gab, Frühstück war gut. Mittag- und Abendessen hingegen nichts für richtige Kenner der türkischen Küche. Der Adanakebap war tiefgefrorenes irgendwas, so auch die Köfte. Diese wurden am Folgetag zu anderen Gerichten zubereitet, sehr schlecht. Türkische Küche, also Hausmannskost sehr schlecht. Wer Salat mag, hat Glück, der war gut.
Erwartet nicht zu viel bzgl. der Cocktails, diese waren auch eher ausreichend.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war undicht, da lief einfach das Wasser die Wand herunter.

Pros:

We liked the food, especially the desserts were delicious. The Turkish tea was amazing. The room was clean, but only thing was that we were hearing all the noises in the hallway. The pools were clean, and the sea was so beautiful and clean.

Cons:

there are so many stairs, if you have a child or you have any disabilities, you may wanna think that. the entertainment and the team was not enough.
