Was very good
Pros:

The place is very nice , view is wonderful, staff very respectful except for two in the morning shift in 25 may were so rude .

Cons:

So many stairs to go up and down but if you plan to go to the beach and after lunch to choose between main pool or relaxing pool or the sliding pool then it’s very good .
As I mentioned before there were two staff in reception a lady who look like chines or Kazakh face with a thin tall boy were so rude and I asked them to keep my insulin icepack but the send me to the mini bar then to the kitchen , but the tall blonde girl at the reception I forgot her name she is very cooperative and all the other staff such as Yasin in kitchen

Defenitly needs improvements in cleaning services. Everything else is wonderfully managed .
Pros:

The place in general is beautiful, the beach areas are wonderful, the food is absolutely excellent, the stuff is really good and would like to say our special thanks to Mr.Mohamed from the main reception - excellent professionalism!

Cons:

The furniture is old, yes, but it was not a problem at all - the problem was the cleaning service - too bad.

海が綺麗でした！海辺に椅子や机があったのでゆっくり過ごせました！朝食、昼食、夜ご飯、ドリンク（お酒も）、など色々食べ放題・飲み放題でこの値段は大変満足でした。umutさんありがとうございます！

バスアメニティは少なかった。

Pros:

A fabulous hotel. Very well organised. Food lovely. Staff so friendly and helpful. The SPA beautiful, would highly recommend treatments. Just a great relaxing 2 days all made possible by the staff. Thank you. Do not miss out an opportunity to stay here.

Tutto è stato bello, era una squadra veramente brava, la cucina abbondante,, la ospitalità veramente buona,, la tema di KumSpa era bravissima,, il parco giochi per i bambini 🔝

Belles visites autour de bodrum, la Turquie possède de belles pépites !
Pros:

Situation sympathique à flanc de colline, attention à ceux qui ont du mal à marcher avec du dénivelé.

Cons:

C’est personnel mais les animations et la sono à fond c’est pas mon truc.

Цена качество отличное, есть моменты, которые хромают, но в целом все хорошо, ну а вид вообще перекрывает какие-либо мин
Pros:

Самое клевое в этом отеле - это конечно территория! Просто отвал всего. Я никогда не видела такой красоты.

Cons:

Грязновато в номерах, хоть номера и большие, но достаточно старенькие и не очень уютные, но в целом оки. Уборка каждый день (полы плохо моют), в санузле чисто.
Еда не очень вкусная на мой взгляд, но выбор достаточный.
