Geluiden en trillingen via de buizen van de airco
Soggiorno piacevole in una bella struttura immersa nella campagna modicana.
Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale, il cui il comune denominatore è dato da gentilezza autentica, dolcezza nei modi, sicera disponibilità.
La camera molto bella, ottima scelta dei materiali e piena di soluzioni all'avanguardia, sempre fresca, pulita e curata. Qualche piccolo margine di miglioramento sul comfort dato che il materasso era un filino corto e i cuscini avrebbero potuto offrire una soluzione intermedia: uno era decisamente troppo alto e l’altro forse eccessivamente basso.
Bagno spazioso, ben diviso, doccia piacevolissima.
Ottima la colazione: ricca, abbondante, varia, sia dolce che salata, con una bella presenza di prodotti caserecci, numerose torte e qualche specialità del territorio. Cambiava piacevolmente di giorno in giorno ed era sempre invitante. Si potrebbe ancora affinare qualcosa, soprattutto rendendo l’ambiente un po’ più luminoso ed elegante e migliorando i coperti, così da rendere tutto pienamente coerente con il livello della struttura.
Scenografica l'area piscina, attorno a cui si sviluppano le camere. Il verde è curato, la piscina è a sfioro ed è dotata di un comodo pool bar. Auspicabile e possibile un'ulteriore maturazione che punti a un target piú ristretto, possibilmente adults only, alzando ulteriormente il livello dei servizi, magari con attività all’insegna del benessere per il corpo.
Insomma, una struttura bellissima, ben rodata e con ulteriori potenzialità, gestita da persone che fanno la differenza.

La cucina dello chef Lorenzo Ruta ha ambizioni importanti. Il contesto è charmant, gli arredi di pregio, ma l’esperienza viene penalizzata dalla contemporanea presenza di formule e avventori molto diversi tra loro. Dal momento che si va dal bistrot ai menu più impegnativi, può capitare, durante una cena gourmet, di trovarsi accanto a tavoli molto informali, con bambini che si muovono intorno e ospiti rumorosi che si alzano frequentemente. Forse una maggiore distinzione degli ambienti, in funzione dei diversi percorsi gastronomici, permetterebbe di valorizzare ancora meglio il lavoro dello chef e l’esperienza di chi sceglie i menu più importanti.

Nous y avons tout retrouvé : la sympathie de l'équipe, les chambres spacieuses avec leur terrasse, la machine à café dans la chambre, le parc,... le calme tout en étant à proximité de Modica et Pozzallo...
Tout le confort est présent pour un séjour de grande qualité ! Mention spéciale pour la piscine, avec son bar immergé dont j'avais gardé un excellent souvenir lors de notre premier séjour, et que j'ai retrouvé avec un immense plaisir 😉
Bravo à toute l'équipe et la famille Cambiocavallo, nous reviendrons encore !
Prestation haut de gamme pour cet établissement auquel les photos ne rendent pas nécessaire hommage. Personnel professionnel, serviable, accueillant et réactif. Mobilier et déco de très bon goût. Propreté et équipements impeccables.
Le restaurant attaché à l'hôtel se la joue un peu. L'hôtel est isolé de tout, voiture indispensable. Prévoir le répulsif à moustiques. Aucun de ces détails n'a cependant perturbé notre séjour très agréable.

Superschöne, gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Pool und "Ecken" zum Entspannen, z.B. Hängematten unter Zitronenbäumen. Wir hatten eines der "Doppelhäuser" rund um den Pool: supermodern, sehr stylish, sehr sauber, ausreichend Platz und sogar viel Schrankfläche (das einzige Mal bei unserer Sizilienreise).
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist vor allem nahezu geräuschlos. Das fanden wir sehr wichtig, da wir nicht gerne mit Air-condition schlafen, es dort aber nicht anders geht. Das ist nämlich eine Besonderheit, die man vielleicht wissen sollte. Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront, die man nicht öffnen kann, und daneben kommt die Zimmertür direkt auf die Terrasse zum Pool hin. Man muss also entweder mit offener "Haustür" oder mit Klimananlage schlafen. Aber - wie geschrieben - kein Problem.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut. Die Lage ist günstig zur Erkundung des Südostteils der Insel; man kommt überall gut hin. Allerdings braucht man auch zwingend ein Auto.
Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von dem viel gepriesenen Restaurant. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, aber alles in allem wirkte es "unambitioniert" (Service, Essen, Ambiente). Wir fühlten uns wie in einem guten Restaurant in einem Businesshotel: nichts auszusetzen, aber auch nichts erinnerungswürdiges. Die Region bietet auf diesem Niveau dann doch anderes....
Sehr liebe Angestellte, die sofort Getränke anbieten bei der Ankunft. Generell sehr schöne Anlage, Pool und Zimmer. Eigentlich 5 Sterne würdig
Warum ich nur 9/10 Punkten gegeben habe: Nach unserem Aufenthalt wurde uns geschrieben, dass wir auf Booking gerne eine sehr gute Bewertung geben sollen, wenn wir zufrieden waren und persönlich schreiben, wenn nicht. Das finden wir sehr undurchsichtig und irreführend für andere Gäste.
Zimmer waren wirklich sehr schön und hatten alles, was man sich wünscht, aber man hat leider etwas den Fernseher vom Nachbarn gehört.

Od początku kontakt z Hotelem był profesjonalny. Ludzie którzy tam pracują są bardzo pomocni i jakąkolwiek mieliśmy sprawę do nich to bardzo się angażowali i byli pomocni.
Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, basen otwarty 24/7, bar przy którym można zamawiać napoje bezpośrednio z basenu, pyszne śniadania, czysto w pokojach i w całym obiekcie. Okolica cicha i spokojna, restauracja obok hotelu, do tego w hotelu dostępne masaże, zajęcia z Yogi.
