The location is good if you are staying in the area, otherwise it's just a half-hour drive from the city, reasonable rooms, good dining room, small spa

noi nu vom mai reveni!
Pros:

amplasarea hotelului este punctul forte, loc de joaca pt copii, gradina si zona de relaxare in natura bine organizata

Cons:

serviciile oferite de locatie :
1. restaurant cel mult mediocru, nu merita preturile solicitate la mancare,
2. camere cu mobilier degradat, geam spart, fara AC,
3. baile sunt impropriu mobilate si amenajate - apa care se scurge spre usa, dus in acelasi metru patrat cu toaleta.
4. ar mai fi de spus despre materialele proaste cu care sunt finisate camerele - mult kitsch.

Toate acestea plaseaza hotelul cu 1 sau 2 stele sub cele 4 declarate!

Behulpzaam en erg vriendelijke personeel. Ze nemen nog de moeite om je Bulgaars te leren.

Възстановена стара сграда с вкус . Страхотна панорама. Много приятен ресторант с хубава кухня и много добре подготвен персонал. Билковата сауна беше много приятна.

Cons:

Вътрешният басейн беше доста малък за размерите на хотела и при пълен капацитет на хотела се усеща препълнен.

מלון בינוני במיקום חלומי.
Pros:

המלון נמצא במקום מקסים, ממש בלב היער עם נופים מדהימים מסביב. המקום נקי ומטופח והמסעדה של המלון ממש יפה עם אוכל טעים וארוחת בוקר מצוינת.
המחיר ששילמנו היה סביר.
הצוות אדיב ומועיל.

Cons:

הזמנו סוויטת ג'וניור והיא הייתה באמת ג'וניור (בגודל של חדר רגיל...) המקלחת קטנה מאוד וממש לא נוחה! חבל כי ניתן לתכנן את החדר אחרת ולנצל טוב יותר את המרחב.
אין מעלית, ונאלצנו לסחוב את המזוודות ביד לקומה שנייה.
מתקני הספא היו בינוניים למדי והחמאם היה סגור. רצינו להזמין מסאז' אך לא היה ניתן.
