Pros:

Goede ligging om te wandelen in de bergen, propere wellness en zwembad en lekker ontbijt!

Cons:

Er is geen airco dus je moet de ramen open zetten om af te koelen!
De gordijnen zijn dringend aan vernieuwing en verbetering toe, ze verduisteren quasi niet!

Great service, the staff was very kind and attentive. The food was super delicious. The room was tidy and comfortable.

Nice spa hotel with good restaurant
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, room was comfortable, restaurant was lovely. The breakfast was good. We also booked a massage, which was very good and the spa facilities were pleasant. Nice environment high on the mountain. Very polite cat present.

Cons:

Our room was a bit in a corner and our balcony didn't have the greatest view. Also impossible to shower in the bathroom without everything getting wet, but it was fine.

Good location, nice stay overall - but, some things could be better
Pros:

The location for the lift to climb to the 7 rivers was great!
The gym was also good - small but well equipped with weights and not busy

Cons:

The staff weren’t the most friendly. Also, the breakfast which was good - was not topped up by the end of the service. It ran 8-10am - we arrived at 9.30 and there were many things which were not there which had been the day before and many empty spaces which was a shame as you shouldn’t have to only get the good stuff if you’re early.
Also they have a tennis court which is nice (if not well maintained) you can use it but it’s €15 charge which is quite expensive just for a knock around! There was also no A/C option for the room and it was incredibly warm over night…
