1. A dohányzó vendégek éjjel-nappal a szoba ablaka előtt fújták a füstöt, ettől a szoba állandóan büdös volt. Ha többen egyszerre cigarettáztak, az még rosszabb volt a zaj miatt. Noha az udar felé nyíló ajtón volt egy nemdohányzó-jelzés, hamutartók voltak kirakva a szoba előtti kis udvarban, tele cigarettacsikkekkel. 2. A földszinti rész penészszagú is, valószínűleg a régi ház szigetelése nem megfelelő. 3. A kukák is a kis udvarban vannak, ettől szemétszag is van. 4. 200 euró biztosítékot kellett kifizetni a szállás díján felül, amit nagyon sokára kaptam vissza.

Jediné co bychom vytkli byly uložné prostory na oblečení, které bylo nedostatečné. Hodila by se alespoň jedna skřínka s dvířky navíc, ale nic co by se nedalo přežít :-)

Abbiamo fatto fatica ad accendere l'aria condizionata, c'era la spiegazione per tutto tranne che per quello e abbiamo tribolato un po'.
Non vi erano sacchetti per il ricambio della spazzatura, il bidone è aperto, col caldo lo cambiavamo spesso a nostre spese.
Sarebbe stato gradito trovare qualcosa in casa: qualche tovagliolo, una scopa per spazzare le briciole, tovagliette americane per il tavolo...

No me quisieron dar una toalla para la salida de la ducha, la cual es una bañera muy alta q al salir podíamos resbalar el suelo se llenaba de agua, no había fregona, tampoco teníamos toalla de lavabo, solo una de ducha.

Llegue pronto y no me quisieron coger las maletas, tuve que buscar un sitio para dejarlas hasta las 15h y me gasté 5€ por maleta.
Costó mucho la comunicación con ellos por teléfono, luego fue todo por whatsapp.

Si es verdad que luego a la salida me dejaron tener dos horas más allí las maletas.

I attempted to check in late in the evening, this in an online only establishment so no human, I could not get the link from email to work so I reached out on What's App, they sent new link, but did not say hurrey to avoind 50EUR late fee. I still had difficulty as cell phone data and link took some time. Then I was hit with 50 EURO late fee, I messaged person they basically said pay or F-off since you had already paid for room. They said the fee was listed on Booking.com I shared screen shots showing no late fee advice from website. I have no made claim with my CC company to get refund as even email to the establishment did not help.
Also, they were doing upkeep of the palce, great but it had a constant odor not too bad but not great. Also, worker walked in my room 1 day accidentally did not knock first but just walked in.

I was charged with EUR 50 for a late check in (because my train from Amsterdam reached at 11.30 p.m.) although the reception was not available at that time. So the message was - we'd charge you EUR 50 yet the reception will not be open, and there would not be any help in case you encounter any issues. The check in did not require the reception help either because it was through a pin code for the entrance lock. So, I feel it was a bit of a rip off.
