The hotel is ok dan selalu ambil

Cons:

Dah booking this Hotel around 5 time. then 11/9 booking,reception inform kena BAYAR PARKING RM10. Even i adalah guest yang da pernah dtg. katanya sistem baru dan kena cas juga. Dapat bilik acond langsung tak function. dah urun ke reception,katanya maintenance akan sampai. tunggu 30 minit+ baru maintenance sampai dan tak dapat betulkan. turun bawah nk refund duit,baru reception bagi bilik. bagi bilik pun toilet ada tuala basah.

Need to improve in customers service and no free wifi.
Pros:

There was no proper check in system. We were told to take a seat and will be called for check in. And yet the person behind the counter never even get our name. How can she knows who come first when people start coming in for check in. End up people who came in later be entertained.

Cons:

Run down and there was no housekeeping done.

No. Very disappointed

Cons:

The aircon is bad. Like a soona inside the room, outside cooler than room temperature.
I did request an invoice few times, but staff no respond on this for a month.
