Overall good stay
Pros:

location is excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding.

Cons:

room and bathroom are very small. Also $ were charged to our credit card account when we were leaving without our knowledge.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit, den ganzen Tag Tee und Wasser in der Lobby zu trinken. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde in der Lobby aufgebaut, so dass Zigarettenqualm häufig von der Terasse vor dem Haupteingang auch während des Frühstücks hereinzog. Die Tische war nicht sauber. Das Geschirr klebte schon fest. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Obst. Verschimmelte Tomaten, ungewaschener Eisbergsalat und schlechte Gurken, die fast alle Feuchtigkeit verloren hatten, wurden angeboten. Dieselben Lebensmittel hat man tagelang auf dem Buffet gefunden. Die Zimmer waren klein. Sitzgelegenheiten waren in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden.

Tolles hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte bequem erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
