Staff were lovely and made sure we had what we needed.
My partner drinks coffee and they was none in the room. We asked at the reception and 5 mins later someone brought to our room a bag with coffee tea sugar... Everything again plus the coffee. They didn't want us to wait in the lobby.
The location couldn't be better. 5 mins walk from the Shinkansen. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Walking distsnce to the memorial and gardens.
Great amenities.
Despite being on the 10th floor we could hear the pedestrian crossing outside all night long.
Walls were pretty thin as kids were crying and could be heard easily.
Had a leak in the bathroom behind the toilet. That was pretty bad and not sure how they missed that.
However we reported it in the morning and it was fixed by the time we came home at night.
Perfect location, good sized room, very attentive staff
We were hoping for a guest laundry but unfortunately this is not available here
De locatie bij het station was voor ons top omdat we maar 1 nachtje bleven omdat we daarna weer snel doorgingen naar de volgende stad.
Het was ook fijn dat onze bagage daar opgeslagen kon worden op de dag van aankomst maar ook op de uitcheckdag omdat we eerst nog naar Miyajima gingen.
Niets. Het was een verassend mooi hotel. Dat hadden we niet verwacht voor de prijs die we betaald hebben.

Un excellent hôtel, idéalement situé.
Très bon hôtel, confortable, propre et très bien entretenu. L’emplacement directement à la gare d’Hiroshima est exceptionnel et très pratique, notamment pour les déplacements en Shinkansen. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, et la présence de plusieurs restaurants est un vrai plus. Une excellente adresse pour visiter Hiroshima et ses environs.
Excellent stay! The location is perfect, and both the cleanliness and the services are impeccable. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Schitterend hotel naast het station. Ruime kamer, zeer proper. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt. Alles aanwezig op de kamer en in de badkamer.
