I love the decor and the vibe. The location is central to everything making it very convenient.

The experience was great. It’s location wise. Great atmosphere. The rooms are calming, we had a great sleep. It’s value for the money, it’s clean. Tolerable noise level. The services are great, the staff is very accommodating. Also its amenities are very nice. I love the smell of their hotel perfumes.

We recently returned from Boracay, where we stayed at Feliz Hotel for six nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location and exudes a charming Mediterranean ambiance. Both the room and bathroom were beautifully appointed, offering comfort and style throughout our stay.
What truly set the experience apart was the exceptional service. We had several positive interactions with Macy from Reservations, who was delightful to deal with. She handled our requests efficiently and always responded promptly.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Allan O. Chan. Allan was highly visible around the property, regularly greeting guests and making everyone feel genuinely welcome and at home. He is undoubtedly a great asset to both the hotel and the wider hotel group.
Each morning, we were warmly greeted by the breakfast team, and we also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Eric, the Housekeeping Manager.
Overall, Feliz Hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Everyone at the front desk was just truly amazing and Irwin treated us as he is our personal host!! he helped with the bags and recommendations with the local activities. Love this hotel is truly within the stores and people of what this island is about.

Our wedding at Feliz Hotel Boracay was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much of that to Dan and his incredible team.
When we were searching for the perfect venue for our intimate wedding reception, we had a clear vision in mind. Dan made that vision come to life—and honestly exceeded every expectation. From our very first planning meeting to the final moments of our celebration, he was exceptionally hands-on, responsive, and supportive. His attention to detail, anticipation of every need, and calm leadership made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free.

On the wedding day itself, everything flowed beautifully. We never had to worry because Dan and his team handled every detail with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. It truly felt like they were as invested in making our day special as we were.

We stayed at Feliz for 6 days and 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks just like the pictures, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was magnifique, there was a different menu each day, which we really enjoyed.
What stood out most was how warmly the staff interacted with guests and how attentive they were. Overall, everything was great from the moment they picked us up to the time we checked out. We would definitely recommend Feliz and would love to come back.

After checking quite a few hotels in Boracay and staying in one other, I can confidently say that the Feliz hotel is the best option, especially for a solo traveller! The interior design is so tasteful and the atmosphere is great. You get a luxurious and spacious room, very nice breakfast, and outstanding service! I also tried the massage in the room and I highly recommend. Definitely check out their fire dancing show and acoustic singers - they were so good! I was beyond impressed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

All the hotel personnel were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel location is excellent since it’s only a short walk to the beach and located in D’Mall, the center for shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was also one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will surely stay here again.

I highly recommend Feliz Hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it feel very safe and secure to walk around even late at night. The hotel design is stunning, and I was especially captivated by the beautiful tiles used throughout the property. On top of that, the breakfast was incredibly delicious every morning. A major highlight of my stay was the dinner at Feliz Hotel La Plaza—the live singer's performance!

펠리즈 호텔 완전 추천해요! 위치가 대박이라 밤늦게 돌아다녀도 전혀 무섭지 않고 안전했어요. 호텔 디자인도 취향 저격인데 특히 타일이 너무너무 예쁩니다. 조식도 매일 맛있게 먹었어요. 제일 기억에 남는 건 라플라자 디너인데, 라이브 가수 공연이 분위기를 엄청 로맨틱하게 만들어줬어요. 진짜 잊지 못할 행복한 추억 만들고 갑니다!

I loved the room decor the bed & pillows are very comfortable. Staff are attentive & very patient. The breakfast buffet was very good.

It was such a nice hotel & friendly staff. Just a walk outside and you have access to D’mall and the beach. The room is great and will surely come back!

Our dining experience at La Plaza was unfortunately a bit disappointing from the start, as no staff member assisted us while we were searching for a table, especially since most of the tables were marked as reserved. In addition, our orders took quite some time to arrive, and the drinks we ordered were unintentionally overlooked—we had already finished our meals before they were served.

That said, the food itself was genuinely excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Most notably, we would like to commend Drew, whose service truly stood out. Despite being an intern, she displayed remarkable attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth throughout our dining experience than some other staff. Her genuine smile and proactive approach in assisting us helped turn an otherwise disappointing experience into a more positive one. She handled the situation with grace and made us feel valued as guests.
