Feliz Hotel Boracay

We had an amazing stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel location is excellent since it’s only a short walk to the beach and located in D’Mall, the center for shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was also one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will surely stay here again.

I highly recommend Feliz Hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it feel very safe and secure to walk around even late at night. The hotel design is stunning, and I was especially captivated by the beautiful tiles used throughout the property. On top of that, the breakfast was incredibly delicious every morning. A major highlight of my stay was the dinner at Feliz Hotel La Plaza—the live singer's performance!

펠리즈 호텔 완전 추천해요! 위치가 대박이라 밤늦게 돌아다녀도 전혀 무섭지 않고 안전했어요. 호텔 디자인도 취향 저격인데 특히 타일이 너무너무 예쁩니다. 조식도 매일 맛있게 먹었어요. 제일 기억에 남는 건 라플라자 디너인데, 라이브 가수 공연이 분위기를 엄청 로맨틱하게 만들어줬어요. 진짜 잊지 못할 행복한 추억 만들고 갑니다!

I loved the room decor the bed & pillows are very comfortable. Staff are attentive & very patient. The breakfast buffet was very good.

It was such a nice hotel & friendly staff. Just a walk outside and you have access to D’mall and the beach. The room is great and will surely come back!

Our dining experience at La Plaza was unfortunately a bit disappointing from the start, as no staff member assisted us while we were searching for a table, especially since most of the tables were marked as reserved. In addition, our orders took quite some time to arrive, and the drinks we ordered were unintentionally overlooked—we had already finished our meals before they were served.

That said, the food itself was genuinely excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Most notably, we would like to commend Drew, whose service truly stood out. Despite being an intern, she displayed remarkable attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth throughout our dining experience than some other staff. Her genuine smile and proactive approach in assisting us helped turn an otherwise disappointing experience into a more positive one. She handled the situation with grace and made us feel valued as guests.

Just celebrated our honeymoon here on Boracay and Feliz Hotel was a great place to stay at. The service, hospitality, the close proximity to the shops, d’mall, and restaurants was very convenient. Very welcoming from the start with cocktail drinks, very professional and personable staff especially the restaurant staff. Clean rooms as well. Only issue was one of the sinks were not draining. Great breakfast and they even remembered our typical order during our stay there. Shows that the staff here really pays attention to their guests. Highly recommended staying here. Will come back here again when we come back to Boracay!

I recently stayed at Feliz Hotel Boracay, located inside D’Mall, for 2 nights from April 26 to 28. This was actually my second time staying at the hotel, and once again, I was impressed with the overall quality of the rooms, which are truly top-notch—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

While my experience didn’t start off perfectly due to a miscommunication with my booking and an issue with the original room assigned to us, the situation was handled very well. Naturally, I felt frustrated at first, but what stood out was how professionally everything was managed afterward.

The staff, especially April and her supervisor Tin, provided excellent service recovery. They addressed the issue promptly, remained calm and respectful, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. What I appreciated most was that they maintained a positive attitude and a smile throughout, which really helped ease the frustration I initially felt.

Their effort to resolve the situation and ensure we were comfortable made a big difference in our stay. It turned what could have been a negative experience into something I still look back on positively.

Overall, I commend the team for their excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Because of both the quality of the hotel and how well the situation was handled, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location within d-mall (station 2) walking distance from beach and stations 1 and 3. Clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very hospitable and amenitiea are great. Must visit rooftop pool. Enjoyed the free cocktail drinks at the hotel bar. Overall good value for money, will recommend!

Отель индивидуален своим внешним видом, оформлением внутри, декорациями и предметами интерьера. Пожалуй он бы больше сочетался с местностью находясь в европе, в каком-нибудь старинном городке. Но отель нам очень понравился. В номере, как и во всем отеле, много деревянной мебели, что очень удивило и порадовало. Номер большой, комфортный со всем необходимым. Хорошие завтраки, вечером ужинали во дворике с живой музыкой. Рядом с отелем оживленная улица, много магазинчиков и кафешек. До пляжа идти пару минут, но народу там всегда очень много, чтобы уйти от толпы нужно минут 15 прошагать вдоль пляжа. В целом впечатления остались суперские от проживания, поэтому всем рекомендую этот отель.

A quaint hotel set amidst a bustling vibe of Boracay, this hotel stands tall with its impeccable hospitality, world cuisine and guest relations. We loved the warm vibe and easy access to all amenities; thus, making it a preferred hotel for travelers. The rooms are clean with nice views. We loved the roof top pool specially.

Location is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of D Mall also a minute’s walk to the beachfront. The cleanliness and room decor particularly the bathroom was excellent. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The roof view with bar and swimming pools were truly phenomenal. Entertainment such as the fire dancing.

Wonderful staff, super comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast. We loved the location just back from the beach.
