Ontzettend lekker gegeten in The Fig.
Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient
Our bed broke! I had to sleep on the floor! My back is still aching! I tried to speak to somebody using the phone number provided, no one answered the phone.
Nice historic hotel but room wanting and heavily overcharged. Very good breakfast.
Room uncomfortable, bathtub and sink squeezed in, only one nightstand. Seating only in small windowless anteroom with soiled carpet. For the simplicity of the room, price almost double as high as adequate.
The location
Good breakfast
The hotel is poorly maintained, and the carpets were dusty and stained.
There's a gap between the pictures you see on booking and real life. Had we known the floors have carpets, we would have booked
Just a few min.walk to center in a quiet street.
Staff was friendly.
Premises felt old and outdated (carpets need replacing). Not easy to reach by car, so we had to park our car in a public parking and carry our heavy luggage all the way up to the hotel. TV didn’t work properly.
Great Staff & breakfast
Nothing
Had huge potential
Dated and a bit scruffy. No one on premises during the night. Absolutely dead although quite a few guests. No one left their rooms. There was a bar but completely unused during our stay. Boooking time for and ordering breakfast the night before more like a hostel.
De inrichting en vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze fietsen binnen stallen.
Lage deuren.
Location and the building was beautiful and in a lovely location. Pretty furnishings.
Staff - one member of staff was lovely, but the other was surly and unhelpful. We came down for breakfast and were ignored, even tho we didnt know where to go for breakfast. No introduction to the food and guests tried to interact with her but got nowhere. Terrible customer service. Would not go back in a million years - 180 quid a night to be treated like that !
Large room with a beautiful decoration.
And very nice and quiet location.
Furniture quality. We had to wait long time just to check in and check out.
La habitacion un amor!!! La ubicación un 10!!! Y la atencion muy buena
