На нашу просьбу предоставить принадлежности в ванную комнату, за три днч принесли только один раз. Мы не первый раз в этом отеле останавливаемся. Больше нет желания. Сервис очень упал

Het is persoonlijk maar ik vind een hoofdkussen met veren niet fijn en wil graag een eigen deken ipv een 2 persoonsdeken. We hadden zeer lawaaierige buren die echt schreeuwden tijdens ruzie. Ook hoorden we de geluiden van de lift. Ik vond de kamers wat gedateerd, miste een stopcontact naast bed voor opladen van telefoon.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.

When we arrived, we did not receive a warm welcome. No one offered us water, helped us with our luggage, or explained the services and facilities included with our room.

The room itself had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made our stay uncomfortable from the beginning.

At check-out, no one offered assistance with our luggage either, and we had to carry everything ourselves. We also asked the reception team to help us arrange a taxi to the airport, but the young receptionist simply told us to go outside and find a taxi on our own.

After this experience, we have no desire to return to this hotel. This is especially disappointing because we have stayed at your hotels in other countries and always received excellent service and hospitality.

Sadly, the service standards at the Istanbul property are far below what we expected from this brand. We hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve the guest experience in the future.
