К сожалению, впечатление от отеля осталось неприятным. Нам предоставили номер, который совершенно не соответствовал фотографиям и описанию номера, который мы бронировали. Когда мы обратились на ресепшен и объяснили ситуацию, нам ответили, что предоставленный номер якобы даже лучше, и удивились нашему недовольству.
Однако для нас это не было вопросом лучше или хуже мы хотели получить именно тот номер, который забронировали и фотографии которого видели при оформлении бронирования. После повторного обращения нам объяснили, что произошёл сбой в системе, и пообещали предоставить забронированный номер на следующий день, когда он освободится.
В итоге номер нам действительно предоставили, но он тоже не совсем соответствовал фотографиям, которые были указаны при бронировании
Из-за этой ситуации уже в первый день было испорчено настроение и впечатление от отдыха. Мы приехали в отпуск, рассчитывая на определённые условия, но вместо этого пришлось тратить время и нервы на решение проблем, которой вообще не должно было возникнуть
Очень жаль, потому что подобные ситуации сильно влияют на общее впечатление от отдыха.
Перед тем как забронировать подумайте 100 раз

Ich persönlich komme nicht wieder

Die Lage war toll

Das 1. Zimmer verschimmelte Dusche
Das 2. Zimmer Absteige wo man niemanden schlafen lässt, ekelhaft
Das 3. Zimmer war dann wie auch gebucht ein Traum, Dank Azur der guten Fee des Hauses

Proper en geod gelegen hotel
Pros:

Wij hebben niet 1x de metro genomen.
Alles te voet op 10 minuten!

Cons:

De bar/ restaurant.
Wij bestelden 2 cocktails.
Ik kreeg een zwarte cocktail= pink dream
Mijn vriendin vroeg een margaritha.
En kreeg geen drankje.
Wij dachten
Waar blijft die nou?
Na half uur stonden ze daar met een.pizza??!!!

The mattresses were old and of poor quality, and cleanliness was lacking. There was no scale for luggage—only a portable one that was unsuitable for elderly guests.

Good location, very basic stay
Pros:

Location was great , receptionists were very friendly. SPA was great however the jacuzzi didn’t work.

Cons:

The bed was terrible, mattress was extremely soft woke up with back pain every morning. Also , I asked for double bed , instead we got two singles joined together but as we moved around the beds separated . The shower head was mouldy . Breakfast was okay nothing fancy / special

The room
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, it is pretty easy to reach the popular sights.

Cons:

I paid for a standard room and the staff switched up our room with my friends' economy room. I went to complain to the reception and fortunately we got a new room. We got a card and were told to check the room.
When we checked it there was a guest sleeping in that room.

Again told it to the receptionist and she said sorry it was a mistake.
After that we got a new room which was held as one of the best rooms.
Finally after about an hour we could move in and the problems were gone.

We would like to thank the receptionist lady her help, after all we were satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hotel est très bon

Cons:

Le petit dej n’était pas a mon gout et le manque de variété les lits sont trop petits pour des king size (140 x190) et j’ai trouve les chambres un peu étroites pour un 4* la chambre qui m’a été attribuée avait un pilier qui prenait bcp de place
