Très bon séjour je recommande vivement !
Pros:

L’accueil et la disponibilité des employés, les femmes de ménages qui font très bien leur travail, tout est propre , toutes les serviettes sont renouvelées chaque jour et il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner !!! La salle de sport est suffisante !

Cons:

Que le hammam soit en panne et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas !

Pros:

Aflat intr o zona foarte buna, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice, aproape de metrou, port, taverne. Hotelul curat, modern. Parcare cu plata vis a vis.
Privelistea de pe acoperisul hotelului, de la piscina exterioara asupra Bosforului este minunata. Recomand amenajarea pentru mic dejun acolo.

Cons:

Mic dejun aproape acelasi in fiecare zi, destul de slab, greu gaseai ceva sa ti placa. Totusi e un hotel de 4*. Lumina in camera este foarte slaba. Prosoapele destul de vechi.
Personalul nu stie sa zambeasca.

Чудовий готель за свої гроші, сніданки посередні, персонал дуже ввічливий і приємний, готовий допомагати. Нас заселили спочатку в номер, який нам не сподобався, але наступного дня вже запропонували кращий.

Pros:

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Istanbul! The location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and special thanks to the receptionists, Ufuk and Yusuf, who took such great care of us. The hotel is spotless, and everything about our stay was 10/10. I highly recommend it!

Świetna lokalizacja, tragiczne śniadania

Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu wielu atrakcji. Pomocny personel.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadania. Jedzenie niskiej jakości. Część miałem wrażenie, że nie jest świeża. Naprawdę ciężko było znaleźć coś zdrowego i smacznego.

Отличный отель! Проживал здесь во время поездки в Стамбул и остался очень доволен. Прекрасное расположение все основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Номера чистые и уютные, уборка проводилась регулярно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.
Особенно хочу отметить сотрудника ресепшена Шехмуза. Очень доброжелательный, внимательный и профессиональный человек. Всегда был готов помочь, ответить на вопросы и сделать пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова.
