Ignore this hotel—you can do much better elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels with friendlier staff

The staff were extremely unprofessional, especially the receptionist named Ufuk. Whenever I had a complaint, they simply ignored me instead of trying to help.

The worst experience happened when I invited my friend to my room for a meeting. Ufuk stopped her at the entrance, called me down to reception, and loudly said in front of other guests that “working ladies are not allowed.” This was extremely insulting because she was my friend, not a sex worker. He kept insisting that my room was “full” and that if I wanted to meet her, I had to book another room, even though I tried to explain the situation.

I felt embarrassed and humiliated in front of my friend and the other guests. The way I was treated was disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this hotel because of the staff’s behaviour.

Понравилось местоположение, до причала до трамвая быстро добираться, недалеко от достопримечательностей, завтрак нормальный

На ресепшене стоял очень некомпетентный молодой человек, да вы можете наверное так общаться со своими друзьями, но с гостями не понимаю такое общение, постоянно с издеваками спрашивал одно и тоже хотя мы уже ответили « как дела» , видел что мы устали от дороги и не желаем общение все равно продолжал. В номере было грязно, возле кровати валялась чья та резинка для волос, под кроватью было столько пыли будто месяцами там не были. Воду заказали, ждали час, не могли принести, позвонили еще раз только тогда принес. Спа очень старый, джакузи не работал. Больше думаю вряд ли вернемся

La habitación daba a un patio interior. En la piscina de los 5 días solo había toallas un día. En el spa la mitad de las instalaciones no funcionaban.

Great location and lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel is quite modern and in a very good location for all your historical sightseeing ferries and an abundance of bars and restaurants
The rooms are very clean with great air conditioning
The staff on the front desk are very helpful and great at organising tours to meet your needs
The swimming pool is small but adequate for a nice dip after a day of sightseeing

Cons:

The room had no window to look out of only a skylight
The breakfast was not to my liking quite limited for us europeans

Great view with great value
Pros:

stayed at Orka Royal Hotel and had a good experience overall. For a 4-star hotel, it's a solid choice. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, with all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are always smiling, friendly, and happy to help, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

The food is decent, although it's not the hotel's strongest point. Some areas of the hotel could also benefit from renovation, and the property could use a bit more life and atmosphere.

Cons:

I have two suggestions that would make a big difference: bring back the fresh juice machine at breakfast, and provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Water is inexpensive, but this small gesture shows guests that the hotel truly cares about their comfort.

Pros:

Понравился персонал , попросила поменять номер сразу предложили другой . Расположение отеля . Все рядом , но не на оживленной улице . Можно спокойно спать . Единственное , вид из окна , но это не критично . Бассейн наверху не большой , но там было всегда мало народу , так что тоже пригодился . В общем , отель приличный . Недостатки можно везде найти .

Centraal om alles lopend te kunnen bezoeken.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal in het centrum op loop afstand van de toeristische plekken

Cons:

Spa; stoombad werkte niet en alles heeft daar een opknapbeurt nodig.
Meeuwen in zwembad op de
toproof. En geen bediening op terras daar.. daarom ook geen handdoeken.
Kamer was schoon bedden hard,
Raam kon niet dicht. Ontbijt matig.
