This room should not be for rent, it is a ripoff.
Pros:

It doesn't matter what was right.

Cons:

Do NOT book room number 1 (regular 2 bed room). It should not be sold as a room in hotel. You cannot get ANY sleep because of the noise from the nearby lobby and staff does not respect night hours. The room is not soundproof at all. Constant noise all night, staff laughing, watching videos on phone with speakers on, total hell. It is a ripoff and a bait for tourists, since staff knows the problem and offers another room with additional payment, but will not do any more about it. This room should not be sold as it does not fulfil basic requirements to be called a room in a hotel. I hope that booking dot com will look into that and end this practice of selling accommodation below the lowest standard.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is located very close to the city centre, which was easily reachable on foot, and the private parking was a very convenient bonus.
The staff was very welcoming and kind, they helped us a lot!

The house had all the essential amenities and also featured a lovely little swimming pool, along with a nice private courtyard and garden area, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only small downside was that the bedroom would have been more comfortable for four people with a little more space. However, overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and really enjoyed the property.

Pros:

Dès notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons eu une fuite au plafond à cause de l’averse. Le personnel a été tres réactif et nous a changé de chambre en nous donnant une chambre à l’Hotel Aurora.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vieillotte (dans les deux hôtels). A cause de l’averse nous sommes restées dans la chambre mais notre télé a l’hôtel Aurora n’avait pas Netflix alors que dans la chambre a l’hôtel Hipil si… enfin, les pancakes du petits déjeuner n’étaient pas bien cuits.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla piazza centrale camera molto spaziosa buona la colazione con tre opzioni.

Cons:

Unica cosa è la colazione che devi andare nell'altro hotel per il resto ok.

Excellent accueil, hôtel bien situé mais mal insonorisé

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, la qualité de la literie, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre familiale située au Rez de chaussée côté rue avec une toute petite fenêtre. Nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente con personale super disponibile. Molto pulita e camere grandi e fresche. La colazione ben variegata e fatta al momento. Luogo ideale per soggiornare in paio di giorni a Valladolid in centro con possibilità di usufruire delle piscine.
