Pros:

房價跟地理位置CP值很讚，走出去1分鐘就是上野車站，附近晚上吃宵夜也很方便

Cons:

房間真的很小，行李箱必須塞在床底，買東西回來也沒地方放，必須要把床底的行李箱拉進拉出…

Localização excelente.

Cons:

Eles não limpam os quartos todos os dias - mas trocam as toalhas. Apenas a partir do quarto dia de estada eles limpam. Não chega a ser um grande problema. Além disso, o checkin é apenas as 15:00

位置優越，JR上野站出來走幾分鐘就可到達
一樓有提供各類用品可以自行取用，很方便

Cons:

房間非常非常小，行李箱無法全開，要連住四天才會進房間整理，其他天會在門口掛袋子放新毛巾和兩瓶水

有待加強
Pros:

1. 地點：非常方便，就在JR上野站的入谷出口旁邊，
雖然從飯店走到車站月台要花點時間，但是都有斜坡及手扶梯，就算拉大行李也不需扛上扛下。
另外，步行5分鐘就可抵達都營地鐵的銀座線及日比谷線，交通便利。
2. 設施：飯店一樓的公共空間全時段開放住客使用，方便有工作處理需求或是吃東西等等。

Cons:

1. 清潔衛生：9/4入住後隔天腿上都有被蚊蟲叮咬的狀況，一直到9/7房務清潔後才有改善。
2. 房內空間：比想像中小，如果是兩個人住應該沒辦法兩人同時在房間走動，行李也沒辦法兩件都打開。
3. 領檯服務：9/10 check out前家人一早有寄放東西在櫃台，但是櫃台完全沒有交接及記錄，
我本人check out時並無主動將寄放物品提交，且後續我向領檯說明情況後，領檯人員3位也都是一臉狀況外的樣子。
最後雖然順利拿到物品，但紙袋上也完全沒有做任何標示，這部分的員工訓練建議再加強。
4. 設施：115間客房只有2台自助洗衣機，等待時間很長，不是很理想。

Pros:

Tu t’étais parfait. Chambre un peu petite mais très fonctionnel personnel, agréable à l’écoute très professionnel. Très bon accompagnement pour l’envoi de nos valises vers un autre hôtel. Je recommande.

Un lugar encantador donde descansar de tu viaje
Pros:

Lo cerca que estaba de la estación de Ueno, el personal, las amenities y la pulcritud

Cons:

En general me gustó todo, eché de menos un microondas en la sala de descanso pero no es imprescindible
