Pros:

Très belle emplacement. , facilement accessible ( rue a traverser et on est a la gare ) et proche du centre ( place jemaa el fna ) et de nombreux restaurants.
Le point fort un petit déjeuner varié, frais et généreux. Sucré (diverses crêpes faites devant vous ) fruits, yaourts ,jus....le salé nombreux choix aussi.....
On y vient et on y revient notre 8 séjour

Hotel is worn out, the price they ask high for the value you receive.
Pros:

Staff was polite and helpful. Location is very handy if you want to stay away from the busy and messy Medina. Nice and new area.

Breakfast was really nice, especially the juice!

Cons:

Hotel is worn out. During the day happens some renovation, which is good, but then price should be according. We wanted to extend our stay for one night but only thing we received as an offer was a suite for 3500 MAD ( around 350 EUR ) , while in the meanwhile in the booking app there where also normal rooms available.

P.S. Tour we got sold by the hotel was told to be with the guide, we appeared just with the driver. Driver told us some useful information, but at the end of the day few sentences, like you go there and turn to the left is not a guide…:) Not to mention that receptionist who sold us the tour was “surprised” , but didnt consider to solve the issue some how.

So after desert trip we decided to not stay in this hotel anymore as the over all customer service and value I consider to be too high.

L'acceuil et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel.
Un grand merci à Latifa du SPA, une femme adorable , ces soins sont magnifiques, vous ressortez des soins avec apaisement et sourire. Je n'oublie pas Rachid le pisciniste, sa patience, sa disponibilité et son sourire, il a été aux petits soins. Je remercie également Charaf le serveur du petit déjeuner, qui était également aux petits soins.... Super hotel, très bon emplacement entre Gueliz et l'hivernage...

Struttura molto accogliente come pure il personale.Abbiamo avuto giusto un disguido al bar,consiglio di guardare sempre la fattura del conto,ma questo vale per tutta marakesch.Posizione buona in pochi minuti si arriva alla medina
