Les chambres et salon spacieuses

Cons:

L’appartement est propre. Mais ces équipements ne le sont pas. Les salons (sofa) et chaises sont tachés, les douchettes de toilette fuient. Les TV ne fonctionnent pas, les piles fuites. Les cuvettes des toilettes mal fixées.

Pros:

Very spacious, rooms were impressively large. Great to have a pool and kids play area. The staff were incredibly responsive. They provide a WhatsApp chat for communication and responses were always immediate. Staff were definitely a highlight and were always helpful. We left our pram behind, they notified us promptly and helped facilitate it being delivered back to us

Cons:

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff organised air purifiers and ozone purifiers which helped, however the smell would return each time we left the room and the purifiers were off. I suspect it came from the vents in the bathrooms. We had to keep the air purifier on the entire time

Not what it was advertised
Pros:

Nice location, nice building, nice facilities.

Cons:

The room was disgusting and I paid £175 for a more expensive room and what I was put in wasn’t what it looked like on the pictures! Bathroom was filthy, staff told me it was one of the nicest rooms. Window had mould on it. The whole floor I was on stunk of stale smoke

Pros:

Comfortable, on y trouve de tout (un kiosk en bas, un restaurant etc) et c’est à proximité de plusieurs endroits utiles (métro, quill mall, Suria klcc) et facile d’accès autant en voiture qu’à pied
