Pros:

Comfortable and value for money hotel in a central location walking distance to shopping centres and entertainment venues. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shower is showing its age and could do with detailed cleaning of grouting and sealant

Save your room pictures while booking to show it to the reception.

Booked for a delux room and given with a standard room. After I found the balcony door missing locks from inside I left a not for repair. When we came back in the night one of the lock was repaired and the second door was left as is. When I asked the staff to come in to see it they came in to the room but when I asked them to do a video with me showing the door is left open then they refused and later they given me with the delux room that I originally paid for.

Large room with soft bed at great price

Amazing spacious room at great value.
1. Bed was comfortable and not super hard like many other places
2. AC was cold
3 room was spacious
the front desk people are very kind, and location is great with everything you need right next to you, and a 711 right next door

Cons:

WIFI: My room was a corner room and the wifi was spotty, meaning sometimes it was slow. i think due to the router being further, and the walls.

The hot water in the shower would take a while to get hot, but not a big problem.
