Very rude staff very unclean apartment the smell was unbearable

The property manager was really rude he took guests out of an apartment and told us to stay in an unclean apartment after the other guests have left we refused to stay and he just kicked us out

Très bien pour le prix
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, rue calme, personnel agréable et serviable, les lits sont confortables, les ventilateurs sont bien utiles . Rapport qualité prix imbattable, parking à disposition (payant)

Cons:

Propreté de la chambre aléatoire, ne pas trop regarder sous les lits ou dans les coins...

Personalul de la receptie a fost foarte amabil. Ne-a dat toate informatiile pe un ton cald si placut. Parcarea hotelului este gratuita.Se poate parca si pe strada, 12,5 E pentru 24 ore. Zona este foarte buna si linistita. In 10-15 min pe jos se ajunge in centru. Cand mai revin voi sta tot aici.

Simpel centraal gelegen hotel met summier ontbijt,
Pros:

Heel aardig personeel, behulpzaam.
Wij hadden 2 kamers op de 3e verdieping, het was erg warm, ondanks de ventilator. Inrichting is verouderd vooral van de badkamer. Handdoeken zagen er niet fris uit. En de badkamer wat smoezelig.

Plafond was wel gewit en nieuw behang op de muur in de kamer. We hadden gevraagd voor een dubbel bed, maar het waren losse bedden. Heb het zo gelaten, niet gevraagd of we konden ruilen.

Het ontbijt was zeer summier, op zich wel goede kwaliteit,maar weinig keuze in beleg en soorten broodjes ook weinig. De aanvulling was steeds met kleine beetjes. De hond mocht mee op de kamers, niet in de ontbijtruimte, wat wij logisch vonden.
Lokatie is goed, parkeren kan wat lastig zijn.
Wij hadden een mooie prijs, qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was het prima.

Great hotel if you don't need to be right downtown Frankfurt
Pros:

suited perfectly my needs as most of my activities were in the neighbourhood.

Cons:

Cleaning staff were a bit to noisy when cleaning the rooms next to mine talking loudly and crashing and banging doors and cleaning elements/ appliances.

Great value for the price and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a great, safe and quet area with an easy 15 min walk to downtown. The room is simple but good for the price. The staff was really amazing and super helpful! I would stay here again when in town.

Cons:

The bathroom had a smell of cigarettes and at night there was a big cockroach on the bathroom floor. Not sure if it came from the sewer or outside. I also saw another small one in the room but killed both and then it was ok. The room itself was clean but could use some renovation to make it more fresh.
