Pros:

- Основные достоинства отеля - локация и персонал. С точки зрения локации максимально удобное расположение к основным достопримечательностям, рядом серные бани, банкоматы, музей археологический, хорошие рестораны и так далее. Отель ни на холме, ни на подъеме.
- Персонал вежливый, дружелюбный и говорит на русском
- Уютный общий балкон с видом на Метехи, памятник Горгасали и Куру
- Кондиционер тихий и комфортный, кровать комфортная

Cons:

- кофе из термоса на завтраке и сами завтраки довольно простые и не очень вкусные
- в отличие от других отелей после 2 бутылок воды в день остальные.. продают, их стоимость копейки и все остальные отели во время моего путешествия давали воду по запросу без проблем
- берите беруши, потому что у стандартных номеров выход на здание, где играет музыка, а также в них слышны различные мероприятия с площади ближе к баням и разговоры людей по ночам
- шумоизоляция, как и практически во всех отелях Грузии нулевая (что по стенам, что по окнам, что по дверям)
- вид из стандартных номеров по сути в стену

Die Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt ist genial. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss. Standardzimmer sind meist ohne Aussicht und etwas dunkel.

Pros:

В Тбилиси были второй раз, первый раз в King Gorgasali. Первый раз жили в районе метро Авлабари и тогда решили, что в следующий приезд будем жить в районе серных бань. Отель очень понравился, удобное расположение для туризма, очень доброжелательный персонал, номер небольшой, но уютный и чистый, завтраки однотипные, но мы, за пять дней проживания, голодные не остались. Отель, однозначно, рекомендуем и сами, скорее всего, будем его выбирать в следующий раз.
