Alles im Allem muss ich daher leider sagen keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer wirklich schön. Es gibt genug Liegen und sowohl die vom Hotel geführte Strandbar als auch die Poolbar sind schön mit freundlichem Personal. Die Lobbybar ist der Knaller wirklich tolle Cocktails und super tolles Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Aber nach den ersten Stunden Aufenthalt merkt man wo hier gespart wird. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht funktionstüchtig. Jeder Flur, jeder andere Raum ist Kühler und klimatisierter als die Zimmer. Nach 3 schlaflosen Nächten und mehreren Diskussionen konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und bekamen einen Ventilator. Viele Gäste beschwerten sich massiv über die fehlende Kühlung der Zimmer. Selbst als wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte bekommen haben damit die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag laufen kann, war das Zimmer wärmer als die Außenluft. Lüften geht Prima wenn man die Zimmertüre ebenfalls öffnet und die Fenster/Türen des Flurs öffnet. Aber dann hat man 7 bis 15 Mücken im Zimmer.
Auch wenn am 4ten Tag die Rezeptionsdame Johanna wirklich versucht hat mit Zimmer wechsel, Ventilator und einer Möglichkeit überhaupt das Problem erklären zu können, uns zu helfen muss ich sagen beide Herren an der Rezeption waren durchweg unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit sind. So schlecht bin ich noch nie an einer Hotel Rezeption behandelt worden.
Nun zum restlichen Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Die Dusche hat so gut wie keinen Druck. In beiden Zimmern funktionierte die Wandbrause nicht richtig, der Knopf fällt einfach aus der Halterung. Das Duschwasser ist sehr chlorhaltig. In beiden Zimmern funktioniert die Badezimmer Abluft nicht. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe, der Schrank ist winzig, die Couch bequem. Trotz Werbung im Internet hat nicht jede Junior Suite einen Smart TV. Das Wlan ist aber überall kostenfrei und stabil verfügbar. Das Bett ist einfach nur hart. Trotz des Toppers schläft man auf einem Stein. Die "Bettdecke" ist ein großes dünnes Tuch. 1 Decke für 2 Personen.
Beide Zimmer waren nur grob sauber. Verschmierte Fenster, Spiegel, zerdrückte Mücken und Dreck in allen Ecken. Auch die Toilette/Dusche/Waschbecken war nicht wirklich sauber aber es ging.

Gorgeous views. Good value.
Pros:

The location is fabulous.
The architecture of the junior suite terraces was beautiful. Loved the layout.
The receptionists and the main dining room manager were very nice. Didn’t stay long enough to meet others.

Cons:

The ac system. The acs turn on automatically based on the outside temperature. Supposedly for sustainability reasons. All well and good, but at night it can be hot and still. There are mosquitoes. They only give a fan if you ask for one and even that is in limited supply. The ac protocol for the rooms is not a good one.
The food was also mediocre.

Fijn gehad en genoten, iets meer sfeer had het nog beter kunnen maken.
Pros:

Nette kamer, mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras. Dichtbij de luchthaven. Fijn ontbijt en prima avondeten.

Cons:

De airco werkt niet optimaal en voor alles bijbetalen bv gebruik van het kluisje op je kamer. De dames van de massagesalon zijn wat opdringerig, niet leuk niet doen.
Verder mist er wat aankleding en gezelligheid, wat meer bloemen en sfeer zou beter zijn.

Disappointment
Pros:

The beach, the pool

Cons:

1) Both our rooms had air-conditioning that was so weak, even at maximum performance, that it was impossible to sleep with closed balcony door. But opened balcony door meant swarms of mosquitoes getting in immediately. A mosquito net in the door would help immensely. Or, even better, to fix the air conditioning…

2) This hotel being “all inclusive” is kind of a lie. True, there is a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner (low quality and repetitive, by the way), but there is not much more to it. The offer of snacks between meals is extremely limited - you get to choose between a sandwich and a wrap, and there are many hours of the day when you can get no food at all. Most notably, there is literally NOTHING to eat after 21.30.
There is ice cream, but only for one hour a day between 16.30-17.30 (which you can only learn the hard way, by wanting an ice cream at 17.35. There is an absolute lack of written information about opening times in general).

3) Hidden costs everywhere. You pay 1.50€/day for renting a towel. You pay 10€/day for using a sunbed at the beach!!! (This is outrageous, in a supposedly all inclusive hotel). The lobby bar stops serving all inclusive drinks at 23.00, which is way too early. Also, it is just ridiculous how many things are NOT included - for example, there are only 4 kinds of cocktails included. And, you cannot get a cappuccino for free. You can only get “filtered coffee” (another button on the same coffee machine) and then pour milk into it. They just try a bit too hard to rip you off.

Waooo, I was really waooed about this hotel, the beautiful stuff, happy and always ready to help, from the reception, the bar the beach bar the restaurant, everyone was happy and accommodating, the weather was not perfect, but I really enjoyed the beach and the pool, I travelled alone and it was safe .. I recommend
