Horrible staff poor customer service rude to be precise and the rooms are old and unmaintained had a broken bed,fridge full of fowl smelling water and staff are robotic if you ask for anything the answer is thats the policy and they won't even contact management to ask.

Lacking Basic Human Standards!
Pros:

I paid for my 4 year old daughter and her Mum to stay there for 4 nights. They put them in a stinking room with no toilet seat a non-functional shower next to the maintenance office. When we requested to move to a room with a toilet seat they said we have to quote 'top up'' (Pay more). I did that and they moved the girls to a different room with damp, plaster falling off the walls and sewage regurgitating from the shower drain. I then sent more money for upgrade number 3 which was much better but I'd now paid almost double the original price. A decent caring hotel would have apologised for the stress and concern caused and offered complimentary to ensure customer satisfaction and return business. This place is not fit for purpose and the staff need a lesson in customer care. Approach with caution.

They say on booking.com that it’s a beachfront where else it’s a lie there is no beachfront you have to walk for 1:5 kilometers
Hope that they rectify on that

A fair facility
Pros:

It has supportive staff and the swimming pool is good.

The facility doesn't have a good arrangement for a family. The children slept some distance from the adults, which is not a good idea.

Der "Ocean View" bestand aus einem Blick auf eine Betonmauer mit Stacheldraht in einem Meter Entfernung vom Fenster.WI-FI Fehlanzeige, Wasser - auch für die Toilette - gelegentlich. Nach unserer Beschwerde, Umquartierung in ein Raum im Souterrain. In einer Nacht 57 Stromausfälle, inkl. Ventilator. Gefühl zu ersticken und lebendig begraben zu sein. Es fragt sich, wo die schönen Fotos herstammen und ob booking.com jeden Mist ungeprüft übernimmt. Ich hatte mit denen ein ähnliches Erlebnis und habe vor einen Deutschen Gericht zwei Jahre prozessiert, da die Geschäftsleitung nirgends greifgar war. VORSICHT!!!! Wenn Sie sich die "schönsten Tage des Jahres" mit Sicherheit versauen wollen, sind Sie bei booking.com genau an der richtigen Adresse.

Die ganze Angelegenheit von A bis Z. Ich bin als Berufspilot viel gereist, auch in ärmere Regionen. Aber so etwas ist mir in dreißig Jahren meiner Berufstätigkeit erspart geblieben.
