Pros:

Breakfast was Good but not up to expected and View from swimming pool area was good. But room cleanliness was very bad especially bathroom

Belle vue et bel emplacement mais déçu de la prestation en général

L’emplacement

Cons:

À notre arrivée le personnel n’était pas sur place.
Difficile de trouver la réception de l’hôtel, pas d indication.
La fenêtre de notre salle de bain ne fermait pas, nous avons dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit.
Le matelas du lit était trop dur et les coussins extrêmement mous.
Une guirlande sous le lit qui à priori avait des problèmes de fonctionnement (on ne pouvait pas l’arrêter, elle clignotait toute seule…)
À l’heure du petit-déjeuner, on nous demande d’attendre 1h. Finalement au vu de notre mécontentement et de notre planning de la journée, le jeune homme nous a apporté un petit-déjeuner sans nous demander ce que l’on souhaitait au moins boire, fruits (pas du jour), céréales suspects durs et sans goût…
Petit-déjeuner que nous avons pris sur le lit car au mois de mai à 8h30, il fait un peu frais le matin pour se restaurer sur la petite table devant la porte et dans la chambre rien est prévu à cet effet.

Linda vista, localização razoável e manutenção ruim.
Pros:

Manutenção deixou a desejar, luzes não apagavam, mofo em algumas paredes, chuveiro deixou de esquentar em certo momento.

Cons:

Acesso a suíte com esacadas muitos acentuadas, para sair com as malas é preciso te rum bom preparo físico. Se for de idade, não consegue.

Pros:

Distance to walking into busy area and hiking - was in between. The young manager was very pleasant, brought breakfast and carried my luggage.

Cons:

Trying to find it was a challenge. There is renovation taking place on some of the units. My unit was beat up and hopefully was on the list top be renovated.

Viesnīcas iekšpagalmu vajadzētu sakārtot. Veca duša,vecais galds, nodilusis grīdas segums, tas padara viesnīcu par neuzkoptu. Kaut gan viesnīca ir perfekta ar saviem saulrietiem un klusumu.

Fue totalmente fantástico
Pros:

Tiene unas vistas impresionantes a la caldera y al pueblo, fueron muy amables que el último día nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano y nos pusieron dos sandwiches para llevar, pequeños detalles que hacen que una estadía sea fantástica, definitivamente lo recomiendo, siempre hay detalles que mejorar, pero estás en Santorini y eso ya es mucho.!

Cons:

El televisor nunca funcionó pero no lo necesitamos, el lavamanos tenía una fuga, pero pasable.!

La vue est exceptionnelle, le quartier tres calme, (réveillés que par les oiseaux🫠)
Petits déjeunés servis en terrasse devant la chambre.
Le service est attentionné, nous avons eu un problème de vols décalés de 1 jour, nous avons pu rester dans l hotel avec un changement de chambre pour le dernier jour, Merci pour l adaptabilité🙏🏻.
Hotel de 5 chambres, donc accueil tres humain, cela nous convenais parfaitement.

The amazing view, the breakfast, the room, and location. It was all a great experience.

Not a hotel related issue, but we lost power in half of the island for a few hours at night, and then the next day, while trying to charge up our devices. The hotel was perfect otherwise, tho.

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille !

Personnel super et très serviable. Au petit soin pour les clients. Super petit déjeuner. La chambre est immense avec tout l’équipement et le confort. Très belles piscine. Bien placé.

Une petite fuite qui mériterait d’être réparée mais qui n’a pas gâché la qualité de notre séjour.
