El lugar perfecto para disfrutar Santorini
Pros:

La ubicación excelente por las vistas, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. El desayuno fue maravilloso, muy completo y de gran calidad, además de poder disfrutarlo con unas vistas espectaculares. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Cons:

Realmente nos encantó nuestra estancia y es difícil encontrar aspectos negativos. Como pequeña sugerencia de mejora, sería muy útil disponer de un baño y una ducha en la zona de la piscina para los huéspedes que ya han hecho el check-out y esperan su vuelo. También sería práctico poder comprar agua embotellada en el propio alojamiento, ya que el agua del grifo no es potable. Son solo pequeños detalles, porque en general la experiencia ha sido maravillosa.

Merhabalar manzara olarak çok harika bir yerdi fakat temizlik konusunda iyi değildi dışarıda her yer karınca sabahları oraları yıkasalar o kadar karınca olmaz birde dışarıda kahvaltı yapılmıyor her yerden küçük sinekler geliyor içeceğin içine düşüyor yemeklere konuyor çok rahatsız edici bir durum birde kahvaltısı hiç istediğin gibi değil seçenek çok az ama orada çalışan bir erkek arkadaş vardı çok yardımcı oldu bize ona çok teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel owner will definitely reply here with some sarcastic message saying it is apart of the style or straight up lie. It is NOT.

POSIZIONE E VISTA ECCEZIONALI
Pros:

Siamo tornati dopo sei anni. La posizione è fantastica, vista sulla caldera eccezionale. Ottimo Klaidi, addetto al ricevimento, che si è prodigato in ogni modo per agevolare il ns. soggiorno. Ottima la colazione servita direttamente ad orario prestabilito.

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura scarseggia nella manutenzione evidenziando lacune rilevanti.

À notre arrivée le personnel n’était pas sur place.
Difficile de trouver la réception de l’hôtel, pas d indication.
La fenêtre de notre salle de bain ne fermait pas, nous avons dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit.
Le matelas du lit était trop dur et les coussins extrêmement mous.
Une guirlande sous le lit qui à priori avait des problèmes de fonctionnement (on ne pouvait pas l’arrêter, elle clignotait toute seule…)
À l’heure du petit-déjeuner, on nous demande d’attendre 1h. Finalement au vu de notre mécontentement et de notre planning de la journée, le jeune homme nous a apporté un petit-déjeuner sans nous demander ce que l’on souhaitait au moins boire, fruits (pas du jour), céréales suspects durs et sans goût…
Petit-déjeuner que nous avons pris sur le lit car au mois de mai à 8h30, il fait un peu frais le matin pour se restaurer sur la petite table devant la porte et dans la chambre rien est prévu à cet effet.
