Pros:

Trato del personal genial, muy amables. El alojamiento estaba limpio y bien cuidado, igual a las fotos y espacioso. Además no se escuchaban ruidos de noche, por lo que se puede descansar a la perfección.

Cons:

Me gustaría que al ser un apartamento tuviesen algún producto de limpieza (había para barrer el suelo, una balleta y un estropajo), pero es cierto que algún desinfectante para limpiar las superficies seria genial, ya que hay cocina donde puedes cocinar y comer. También si tuviesen gel y champú para la ducha sería ideal.

Kraków to miejsce gdzie stale wracamy i jesteś dumni z jego historii i współczesności
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, Stary Rynek w zasięgu, spacery, Planty, Wawel i Kazimierz(dzielnica Żydowska)) przeniosły nas w czasie. Kraków to perełka naszego państwa a park pełny kwiatów poświęcony naszej noblistce Szymborskiej i wiersz jako mural Nic dwa razy wzruszył mnie do łez.

Nulla. Solamente il lavandino del bagno era un po' otturato e l'acqua scendeva piano ma scendeva. Fatto presente, nn sono riusciti a risolvere. Ma nulla di importantissimo . E poi l'assenza del bidet

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig.

Cons:

Es ist ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte renoviert werden. Leider waren die Apartments auch nicht sauber.

No lift in the building

Cons:

My apartment was on the 4th floor and the building had no lift.
I was not aware when booking that I would need to drag my heavy suitcase up and then down the four flights of stairs. I would have preferred to be warned prior to arriving at the reception to collect the keys to the apartment I had been allocated.
Also, it would be good to have some shower soap and shampoo. If you're travelling for a month around Europe you don't want to carry any extra stuff.
