Very comfortable property
Pros:

Comfortable beds, good location near IGA and pub.

Cons:

Kitchen exhaust hood was not very effective and our kitchen was not near a window or door. Smoke alarm is very sensitive

Great short girls trip, comfortable beds, great facilities, clean, easy to hook up Netflix. Great location near the pub.

Has what you need for a no frills stay
Pros:

The location. The Windsor Castle Hotel over the road serves a great meal. The espresso bar around the corner, makes a wicked coffee.

Cons:

I have never had an issue personally, but after recommending my parents stay here recently, they did NOT have such fortunate luck. When the power was not working in their apartment (after coming back from dinner), they did what the signage said and contacted the number listed. The lady they spoke to had my Mum in tears when she blamed HER for inconveniencing her at 9pm. She refused to help and offered no solutions, so my parents had a night in a blacked out apartment, with no way to charge their phones, refrigerate their medications or wash their clothes. The next morning when management contacted, again my Mum was blamed for calling at an inconvenient time, but they were refunded for their stay. With no staff on site, it can make it difficult to sort out issues (such as no power).

Great location, good facilities, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Super clean, very easy to access and very well located

Cons:

Not sure that i had anything. Only very minor but because you don't go to the front desk when you leave, you don't know whether you have checked out properly. Also the door in the garage to access the hotel was a bit confusing at first with the push first then pull but once you worked it out it was fine.

This is a well maintained with easy access to the Hunter Valley and Morpeth area.
Pros:

The property was easy to access with free secured parking and situated across the road from a wonderful hotel.

Nothing! Everything about this property was perfect for my wife and I.
