Pros:

Wir sind schon etliche Male hier gewesen und kommen immer weder gerne zurück, weil wir den Komfort des Aufenthalts und die Ruhe sehr schätzen. Super auch die Mini-Küche für eigene Früchstücksoptionen.

Pros:

Le quartier de l'hôtel est magnifique. Pour les personnes en forme, je conseille vivement de remonter la rue Bellevue un peu plus loin pour une vue à couper le souffle sur la ville. L'hôtel est propre et très classe et le coin fontaine au fond est très agréable. La salle de sport est sympa également. Mention spéciale à la dame qui s'occupait du ménage, qui était très efficace et gentille en plus de sembler devoir gérer beaucoup quasiment seule

Cons:

Il manquait pas mal de couverts dans notre kitchenette, mais après une demande effectuée auprès du personnel, cela a été réglé. Le sauna n'était pas adapté aux personnes pudiques puisque ses gens y étaient entièrement nus. (C'est culturel, je peux le comprendre mais dommage pour les touristes dont ce n'est pas là culture).

Eingangstüre quitscht bei jeder Öffnung; kein einziger, der vielen Mitarbeiter, welche während meines Check-in/Check-out zur Haustüre reinkamen, hat gegrüßt!

市の中心から少し離れていましたが、公共交通機関へのアクセスはよく、便利でした。

Cons:

キッチンの設備はミニマムでしたが、不満はありませんでした。
キッチン用の布巾や洗剤があれば、もっとよかったです。

Personal beim einchecken sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent.
Das Interieur im Haus ist abgenutzt.
Frühstück habe ich zu diesem Preis schon besser gesehen.

Cons:

Servicepersonal zeigte sich erst auf starkes Drängen bereit, früheres Einchecken trotz mehrfacher vorheriger Anrufe und Ankündigung der Notwendigkeit dafür zu ermöglichen. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt (Außentemperatur 36 Grad), kein Hinweis oder Entschuldigung des Personals diesbezüglich. Erst auf meine Kritik bei der Abreise erließ man die Kosten für das Frühstück.

Bequeme Betten, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ok.

Cons:

Das Parken war schwierig. Ohne Reservierung keine Möglichkeit zum Parken in der Garage. Und sogar mit Reservierung war es dann ein Problem, da die Parkplätze pro Auto eher schmal waren. Die Aussage an der Rezeption dazu - "Früher waren die Autos halt kleiner...". Das Personal war ohnehin (bis auf eine Dame beim Frühstück) eher unfreundlichen und gestresst. Werden das Hotel wohl eher nicht mehr buchen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage angeblich defekt bei 35 Grad das komplette Wochenende, auch kein Notdienst, schlecht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Kein Wort davon beim Check In. Hauptsache gleich abkassieren. Betten sind durchgelegen, für mich zu weich auf jeden Fall aber ist ja Geschmackssache. 22 Euro für Frühstück ist heftig, zumal nebenan und ggü Cafés sind 😅 sogar McD in 2 min Fußweg. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde uns auch partout verwehrt, wir sollen draussen parken. Obwohl alles angepreist in Booking.
