Kindly note if the breakfast option is not chosen while booking, it will be GBP 15.00 per person per day to order upon arrival at the hotel.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.

Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.

Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was fine, although a little tired. Great location for visiting Worcester

Pros:

The hotel is lovely and clean and in a great spot! The fact it has a spa pool and gym on site is a great bonus!
The breakfast was of a high standard and offered a good range of diary free products which was amazing!!

Cons:

The hotel rooms themselves are really hot and stuffy, they do provide a fan but it didn't offer much relief which in this heat made it a little difficult to sleep.

Good location-bedrooms too hot.
Pros:

Hotel close to town and shops and museum. Parking handy at back of hotel. Staff pleasant.

Cons:

The bedroom was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but did not touch the heat all night until early morning. We stayed on a previous occasion about 8years ago and experienced exactly the same.
Price for car park high especially for a one night stay.

Wonderful weekend
Pros:

An amazing experience at thus hotel. The facilities were perfect for our stay. The room was so comfortable. A really good breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi. I will definitely stay there again...

Great hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Very central and had parking which was important for us. They did have a gym and swimming pool which we didn’t use but was an added bonus anyway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

Only that the towel rail was on maximum the whole time which made the room far too hot and no way to turn it down/off. Unfortunately the weather was unseasonally hot as well. No air conditioning but they did supply a fan which was very welcome.

Perfect for overnight stay to break up our long journey

Stayed here during the heatwave so room was boiling but can’t blame that on hotel although maybe better fans needed.. the one in our room was poor

Impersonal but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Staffwere a little dismissive. I had booked a parking space but it hadn't been labelled. The receptionist insisted that it had and wouldn't believe me.
The shower was very temperamental and suddenly became very, very, very hot, which was scary.

Pros:

Very close to the train station. Very spacious

Cons:

Very loud. I lived in 2 different room on 2 different sides, one has constant noise of traffic and people on the street yelling, the other side had seagulls squawking as early as 4am. It's also a very old hotel with very old shower facilities in some rooms and no ac.

Great central location for Worcester, onsite parking, extremely friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Only a samll number of rooms with air conditioning. When we stayed the temperature reached 30 degrees celcius and for two nights we were in a room without air conditioning. For the third night we were able to swap to an air conditioned room and the staff were very helpful making this happen.
