The staff were extremely helpful, especially the elderly gentleman at the front desk in the morning, although I didn’t catch his name. It was a very nice hotel overall. I booked a single room with a single bed, so it was exactly what I paid for and perfectly adequate for one person. I only needed the room as a comfortable place to rest, and it served that purpose well. The bathroom lighting was excellent, especially compared with many hotels I’ve stayed in where the lighting is quite dim, which can make applying make-up difficult. The location was also very central and convenient for getting around.
There wasn’t much wardrobe space for clothes, but as it was a single room for one person, this was understandable and not a major issue.
Cleaniness, quality of the room. They kept my luggage all day stored for my night fly.

nothing. u can stay up late outside and its very safe. receptions are very helpful as well
Clean room with ample space for a single person. Great location with proximity to Taksim Square and the metro station. Also, many restaurants are within walking distance.
Lack of a proper window in the room - the view was on the wall of another building.

لايوجد عوازل ابداً بين الغرف لدرجه اني صحيت من النوم اخر الليل على صوت الغرفه اللي بجنبي كان يستخدم دوره المياه وصوت الماء كأنه داخل غرفتي

The location was very convenient, close to all the main attractions.
It was very noisy. On the first night, I could barely sleep because of the noise inside the hotel. People were shouting, and doors kept slamming, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
The room was also very small, so it was difficult to spend much time there. Although it was generally clean, some details had been overlooked — for example, there was someone’s hair on the bathroom wall.
