The bed that’s all.

Cons:

The staff didn’t care at all. The toast at breakfast were burned, the reception was talking out loud at 6Am in the morning, they gave us a room right by the street and entrance door. The water was cold 2 night in a row. We had to push the reception woman to help us organize a palenque for our mezcal visit. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

Great!
Pros:

The location is accessible and easy to go around the center. The design is charming and the whole place is clean.

The staff are kind and friendly. I’d like to commend especially Osiris who welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our questions. She also assisted us in getting a tour.

Hotel con habitación y cama muy grandes
Pros:

Habitación muy grande con una cama inmensa.
La decoración en los tonos de plata esta muy bien lograda con una iluminación super bonita. El baño tiene ducha y bañera. Todo esta en muy buen estado.
El desayuno esta muy simple con plato de fruta y huevos al gusto.

Cons:

Se escucha bastante el exterior y las personas preparando el desayuno en la mañana.
La calle delante del hotel esta en un estado relativamente malo, las aceras son muy estrechas.

Staff was fantastic

The staff was super nice and location was easy to get a Didi

Couldn’t get the shower to be warm which was ok in the afternoon but in the morning was a little troublesome
