Pros:

The property is really lovely with a small grass area in the middle and a bar to help yourself and pay at checkout. The staff were great and super helpful

Cons:

We had sporadic hot water throughout our stay, sometimes it was freezing with absolutely no hot water and sometimes it was fine. The bedrooms also face the courtyard so you cannot open the blinds to let natural light in without everyone seeing into your room

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious and very clean. We really appreciated all the small touches and excellent facilities. The staff were fantastic; very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay - we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Cons:

If I had to pick anything that wasn’t quite to my taste I’d say the breakfast - the eggs were always a bit overdone for me but it was a small issue. Overall we had a great stay

Pros:

Que es pequeño, muy cómodo, con excelentes instalaciones, incluía desayuno. En el baño tenían todo lo necesario con productos naturales que olían delicioso y dejaban la piel y el cabello muy suave. Siempre limpio y la atención de primera. El comedor y el jardín, preciosos. La hospitalidad de las encargadas de primera.

The bed that’s all.

Cons:

The staff didn’t care at all. The toast at breakfast were burned, the reception was talking out loud at 6Am in the morning, they gave us a room right by the street and entrance door. The water was cold 2 night in a row. We had to push the reception woman to help us organize a palenque for our mezcal visit. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff that went out of their way to accommodate us when circumstances beyond their control occurred.

Great!
Pros:

The location is accessible and easy to go around the center. The design is charming and the whole place is clean.

The staff are kind and friendly. I’d like to commend especially Osiris who welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our questions. She also assisted us in getting a tour.
