The staff was very friendly and understanding, and everything was professionally handled.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we needed, and made things very convenient considering the tight schedule we had with tours. They packed our breakfast to go and also brought breakfast to our room which helped us make it on time for the tours. Rooms were very clean and nice. During one of our outings we had problems with transportation before our check out and without a problem they extended the time and allowed us to do a late checkout.

Cons:

The only problem we did notice was that when we booked it said the airport shuttle was included, but it was not. The person who picked us up and drives us to the hotel was a third party which we were not expecting.

Belles chambres, confortables, super bien décorées et très propres
Petit déjeuner à la carte, super bon de très bonne qualité. À prendre soit en bas soit à la terrasse de piscine, génial
Le personnel est très gentil et souriant, avec un accueil personnalisé. Nous avons pu choisir notre chambre après la visite de 3 chambres différentes.
Petit balcon donnant sur le patio, super agréable. C’était notre anniversaire de mariage, l’hôtel nous a offert un cocktail au pool bar de la piscine !
Très bien placé à 2 pas du centre, des restos…

Our stay at the Layla Boutique Hotel was simply amazing!
Pros:

Our stay at the Layla Boutique Hotel was very good. The hotel is beautiful with a very unique architecture. The location is perfect as it's near the center of Tulum and very accessible. One of the things that we liked the most was having our included, free breakfast by the rooftop pool.The view up there is magical, especially at night time.

Furthermore, the front staff was courteous and helpful. They interacted with the guests very well. One of the bartenders/servers, Marcos, was very respectful, kind, and thoughtful. He served our food with enthusiasm and loved engaging his clients in good, meaningful conversations. He served mostly at the rooftop bar.

Finally, the property manager, Paola, was considerate, soft-spoken, and very professional. We had a little hiccup during our stay, and she quickly responded to the situation with respect and patience.

I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel in tulum. It's magical.

Hotel bonito no centro de Tulum
Pros:

O hotel é bonito, agradável e bem localizado no centro de Tulum, ficando a cerca de 15 minutos de carro da praia.

Um diferencial interessante é que o hotel possui um beach club conveniado que pode ser utilizado pelos hóspedes. Basta informar na recepção para que seja gerado o código de reserva de acesso.

O café da manhã funciona à la carte, permitindo escolher uma entre três opções disponíveis no menu.

Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Nicht die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nehmen, da alle dort vorbeikommen. Frühstück könnte besser sein für den Preis. Man sieht das einige Dinge ausgebessert werden müssen. Von den Beschreibungen hatten wir nicht erwartet, dass abends mehrere Stunden auf der Dachterrasse laute Musik gespielt wurde. Man konnte es auf dem Zimmer sehr laut hören.

Perfect stay!!!
Pros:

The staff were incredible - friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great part of town, just in the doorstep of everything you need to - fantastic bars and restaurants! Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again! Thank you Layla :)

Beautiful Moroccan style hotel
Pros:

First, the staff.
Some of the best attention we've gotten. Cat and Ana on the front desk were outstanding with fantastic recommendations, not just in Tulum but also on our other locations after our stay with them.
All the other staff were always busy and eager to help with anything.
The spicy margarita was exceptional, as were the beds. The beds have been the best of all locations we visited on this trip.
The hotel is visually splendid. Styling is definitely on point. Its location means you can walk to almost Anton in town, which i definitely preferred to the hotel/ beach zone.

Cons:

I had read in previous reviews that the poll was warm, and it was. Not very refreshing

L'emplacement, la piscine sur le toit, la propreté

Beaucoup de choses
- C'est le seul hotel (sur 6 semaines passées au Mexique et dix établissemnts utilisés) qui demande un gros deposit ou de laisser son passeport. (alors que tout est déjà payé). Ils en profitent pour vous facturer des prestations non existantes. Ils ne rendent le passeport que si vous réglez les prestations non consommées et à la dernière minute.
- Le petit déjeuner est vraiment petit. Aucune possibilité de changer la boisson au jus de fruit, le café est forcément américain
- tout est sujet à supplément

J'ai regardé leurs réponses et ils rejettent toutes les accusations sur le client quand les notes sont mauvaises. Aucune Remise en cause.
Personnel très antipathique à l'accueil notamment pour une personne. Totalement anti-commercial.

Tolles Hotel mitten in Tulum Stadt
Pros:

Tolles Personal am Check in, haben sich um alles gekümmert. Parken vor dem Hotel an der Straße gut möglich, ruhige und kostenfreie Zone. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Bar am Rooftop Pool und das Personal dort ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig

Les employés, très sympa et charismatiques, l’emplacement est aussi bien proche des bcp des restaurants, café etc

Cons:

Je trouve qu’ils ont bcp à améliorer au niveau restauration (en tout cas pour le petit déjeuner)
La chambre était confortable mais très petite , j’étais seule , mais à deux avec des grosses valises on n’a pas vriament ou les ranger
